I came back home after 3rd year university in 1996 with the worst eczema i had ever had in my life. Ive had it since I was a child but it grew worse after 3rd year. It was on the top part of both arms and top part of my legs. It resembled scratches. I was covered up all the time as I did not want people to see my skin. My doctor recommended her and she quickly prescribed me the same Moisturel Based concoction I still use today in Montreal; 20+ years later. It still works and it sits in the fridge and I also travel with a small amount of it in a travel container wherever I go. I have gone so far as to give the same prescription to many of my friends here in Montreal who have had their own doctors write the prescription for them. And it all clears up in a few days. My friends and I are very grateful for this advice from that time long ago and its worth every penny for piece of mind. The compound cream itself, with the chemicals mixed in a Moisturel lotion, is around $100 before insurance kicks in. Thanks Dr. Jang!

I came down to skinworks a few months back, I saw DR Jang, very nice and helpful. She knows her stuff that is for sure, the products they sell are a little bit pricey yet you pay for what you get. If your looking for a great DR really good products and do not mind spending a bit more then usual then Skinworks is definitely the place to go.

I have been seeing Dr. Jang for over 10 years. From laser to fillers & Botox, I have always been very happy with the treatments I received at Skinworks. Dr. Jang is very friendly, approachable & knowlegable. I am told all the time how great I look for my age & I know she has a lot to do with it. Cosmetic procedures are an investment! They are elective & no they are not cheap. It upsets me when I read bad reviews primarily based on budget. You cannot be the best" & "the cheapest" at the same time ... just like you cannot "look your best" & put in no effort. I trust my face is in the right hands with Dr. Jang. I love how natural & subtle I look. Nothing beats looking in the mirror & feeling great!"

I started seeing Doctor Jang over 20 years ago for regular dermatology and she has been with me every step of the way as my skin and I have aged! She listens and never pushes an agenda. I'm very grateful for her!

I have been coming to DrJang for over 15 years and have had nothing but the best skin advice and recommendations from her and her staff. They don't over sell you but inform you about the best treatment options available. I've had IPL/Botox/red capillary veins blasted severe acne treated and use their recommended skin care line skin medica by allergen. They are far the best skin care clinic in Canada as i travel the world and love their new beauty lounge facelift!! I went to see Dr. Jang about some mild hormonal acne that I’ve had for about 10 years. It has improved somewhat in the last few years but still cystic, so when I get cysts it scars my face.She proceeded to tell me I’m too old to have hormonal acne (I’m 31) and that it was completed abnormal for this to be happening to me. She insisted it wasn’t hormonal. When I asked her why it then gets worse when I’m off birth control, she really didn’t have an answer to that.She and her sidekick then tried to get me on board to purchase probably at least $600 worth of products as part of the “plan”. It was at that point I realized this operation is solely to sell products and not more. Further to that, I found both her and her assistant kind of abrasive, very little bedside manner to speak of and at one point, Dr. Jang rolled her eyes at me when I said I was not into the idea of taking a drug like accutane.They also double charged me a $150 appointment fee which I had to call and get them to correct after the fact.The kicker: I talked to another (reknown) dermatologist after that, who said it was insane that I was told I was “too old” to have hormonalacne and said “if you have hormones, you can have hormonal acne”. She said she has seen hundreds if not thousands of women in their 30’s suffering the same thing.I wish I had read Dr. Jang’s reviews before visiting her but in sum, she was short, kind of abrasive, obviously has a gimmick to sell as much expensive product as possible and doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about. I was not comfortable at any point in the appointment and I will not be going back.

About a year ago, I started getting tiny bumps around the side of my face that never went away no matter how much I tried to get rid of it. I’ve also been getting hormonal acne which left scars even if I don’t touch it. I started seeing Dr.Jang and Joanne a couple months ago and it completely changed my skin and my life.They are extremely empathetic and knowledgeable. Dr.Jang and Joanne recommended products that fit my needs within the price range that I am comfortable with and are also amazing at providing tips and advices on how to better my skincare routine with the products that I already have.Dr.Jang and Joanne really cares for their patients as they schedule follow up appointments to ensure that i’m getting the best results with the skincare treatments.I highly recommend seeing Dr.Jang and Joanne if you’re having any stubborn skin issues. The prices for their products are very similar to Sephora products pricing and are far more effective with targeting specific skin issues. So happy that I gave it a try through a friend’s recommendation.

I wish I did more research back then. It is obvious they spent more time on marketing to attract customers than retaining customers.Consultation fee was $150 for half an hour. The drug she prescribed gave me allergic reactions.I purchased an IPL treatment which is 4 visits to the medical office. And every time I go in, the receptionist tried to sell me more products that I don't need. I do not recommend this place.

I will be forever grateful to Dr.Jang who treated my severe adult acne. I was scarred, and constantly breaking out. I have seen her for various treatments over the past 20 years and she has always been authentic , professional and caring. I have referred many friends and family to her as I know she is highly skilled and knowledgeable.I trust her completely and feel fortunate that I don’t even have to wear makeup as my skin is clear and radiant! I have been to Dr Jang a few times and I have come to the realization that its all about the cash. I originally went for Botox and they recommended Sculptra for my aging 45yr old face, which I wish I hadn't got as it made my face blow up like a hamster. A year later I went back for Botox and they recommended Thermage which reacted with the Sculptra leaving my face with hard lumps where they had previously injected the Sculptra/collagen. Dr Jang would not come to the phone to discus anything with me, I had to drive to her 40 minutes away. I was sent away with inflammation cream. I should have listened to my gut the first time I visited her and couldn't keep my eyes off her swollen badly injected lips. Not a good advert.
