Most of the staff here are wonderful. They know your name, and put you at ease to the best of their ability. I have diagnosed anxiety disorders and dentistry is extremely difficult for me. They never make me feel silly or annoying for being nervous. They simply talk me through what’s going on. They check in periodically to make sure i’m okay too. Even when busy you can tell Dr. Khan tries to give you the time you need. He rushes around but doesn’t make you feel like a burden in doing so. Quick but professional!the only recommendation I have is that post-op care info could be a little bit more detailed. They give a package of gauze, a pamphlet and some verbal instructions but it can be a bit of a whirlwind when the procedure is over because the doc is off to the next patient. It very well could have been the medicine confusing me a bit, but a bit more instruction would be good. (That being said, they always do their best to help if you call with a question!)I recommend this place especially if you have anxiety or the dentist just makes you uncomfortable. The offices have cool themes too! Like music, hockey, etc.Thanks Dr. Kahn and Team!

Had to make an appointment for an emergency extraction. They were able to get me in the same day, and schedule me my new patient exam and cleaning the very next day. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. The office itself is inviting. Honestly the easiest dentist experience of my 30 years. Easy to see why ppl say it's the best in Kingston. Thank you !

Always a great experience. Everyone is very patient, understanding, and friendly. They’re great with kids too; my 2.5 year old had a fun time and is actually looking forward to returning! Lol

De. Khan is amazing! I truly trust him with anything that has to do with my teeth. My husband and I do not have any type of dental insurance and I never worry that Dr. Khan will charge us for unnecessary procedures! I highly recommend him!

I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Khan and his wonderful team, including his admin staff and hygienist. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent. The admin staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and were extremely helpful in getting me checked in.My hygienist, was incredibly kind and thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process. Not only did she provide excellent care, but she also gave me some great tips for maintaining my oral health at home.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience at the dentist. Everything about my visits are perfect. The communication is excellent and always helpful and I feel great after every visit…always getting what is paid for. Today had a cleaning and like every time before my teeth feel clean .. not rushed and never a step missed!! The team always makes me feel comfortable as well as whenever my girls go. Dr Khan is always sooo thoughtful and caring beyond his profession!! Highly recommended!!!

We can't say enough great things about Cataraqui Woods dentistry! The location is so convenient with ample parking, the office itself is beautiful, modern and spacious. The staff are professional and friendly. Right from the reception at the front desk you get the feeling that everyone cares about giving the best service. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist but I have such confidence in the hygienists and dentists that it isn't an issue anymore. Whether it's just a check up, or, most recently, a chipped tooth, they got an appointment for me quickly and they repaired my tooth on the spot. We feel very fortunate to have found Cataraqui Woods dentistry.

We love this dental office. They are amazing. So kind, helpful and efficient. My kids don't love the dentist but all the staff are amazing and make them feel comfortable and even make it fun! This is a special place. Thank you!
