He estimated $40, I left the bike at his shop. After service the bill was 98. He made stories that he had to replace parts. HE LIED IN THE ANSWER, he never called for the estimate. If he is is this business, he must know the prices about the parts. This is not car engine where he cannot tell about the parts before opening.

I've dealt with a bunch of bike shops, these guys were really good when i came in. Very knowledgable with bike repairs, mixed range of stock (high end and cheaper parts/components). I tried to bait them into selling me something expensive when a cheaper version would do, they passed. Told me I could buy the XTR, but the XT is more value for the cost.I thought highly of this bike shop, not sure where the bad reviews came from.

Says they were open if you check their hours drive in to find the store closed. With sign sorry we are riding" when it's pouring with rain. Not good enough"

Terrible service and rip off. If you call they don't answer. Also they made me pay to get the same job done after I told him it wasn't done right the first time. I brought the bike to change a broken brake leaver. I noticed the brakes didn't feel good right away, he says just pump up the brakes. So I take it for a ride the brakes never felt right, when I brought it back I had to pay to get the brakes bleed again or they wouldn't give my bike back.

Seem okay to me. I have a shop around the corner and they have not been slow or rude or even critical of me. I ask a lot of questions and treat my bike like gold. Same as I do with my motorcycle and car. I find them most professionally and very knowledgeable. Pam Jam is a nickname and I am a guy. As nicknames go, they are earned not chosen.

Very Bad Service. After calling 3 times with no contact. The 4th, I reached someone that seemed to hate the fact that they had to talk. Asking for a tube and new pedals, I was told to come in and see the stock". Comming in

Great place to get a bike - from kids' to high end mountain or road bikes, parts, get your bike fixed or serviced or even drop by and pick Terry's and Corey's brains about anything cycling related - no pressure and they will steer you in right direction. Great winter training, too!

Terry is a phenomenal guy and does amazing work. Although novice, as a cyclist there is nothing more important than a relationship with your local bike shop and Terry does all he can to provide that.He is polite, knowledge and fair in his prices. I'm not an easy customer but Terry disarms you with his honesty and ability to communicate effectively.I highly recommend Terry for all your bike needs.Support your local businesses!
