The staff are very friendly, answer questions well, and don't ask questions when you want to cancel or change certain services. Very pleased with the service I've had here. I wasn't purchasing anything just had a tech question, they were busy first thing 9 am. I waited and was helped by a young fellow there who stated he did not know the answer but would try one thing,when that didn't work he sent me to a competitor for help. I don't live in Prince Albert so I took a chance but!!!!

You need more workers at the rate of service to customers... your business is spending more money keeping open than your employees spend on customers. Average 1 hour per customer is not acceptable business practice!
