Great, got my truck stuck going up a hill in the snow storm last week. One of the operators who lived in the area was willing to come give me a tug to get me going again so I was on my way within the hour ! Great guys

I had the most wonderful experience with Abrams Towing on a day that was very difficult for me. From calling in, the person I spoke with was Cindy. She was awesome, and my tow truck driver Calvin was amazing as well. Everyone worked together as a team to ensure that I was able to get my vehicle where it needed to be. They were all so kind.

Eddie came to the rescue! He was able to meet me within minutes and took me to a mechanic shop. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely made a stressful situation much better.

Mustafa 09 was a gentleman - great service and knowledgeable. He was aided by a customer service/dispatch team that did well in getting him to is on time. We were broken down and needed a tow to our mechanic. All happened unexpectedly in the AM during rush hour. Mustafa eased a lot of the stress and was very comforting on the ride. Thank you - only issue was I was charged $160 extra for a flat bed. A tow is a tow, I thought regardless of equipment especially since I never asked for the differentiated service/equipment.
