Took a group of 15 in tonight after leaving comic con (expecting a typical sit down restaurant to be too long for a group that size)The staff were so kind and helpful. No one batted an eye at a group our size coming in (especially as it was mostly teenagers).Everyone on the team hustled and got our food out quickly, and was tasty. Everyone was happy.There were other groups coming in as well while we were there, and the staff was working very well together coordinating to get everything out for our group and the other groups.I apologize for the sudden large group at prime time, but thank you so much to the staff today who were amazing, and put their all into their service and food.Thank you to the team there today!

Quick and excellent service with friendly staff. The restaurant is neat and clean. Always fresh and hot food served. The only place to get your burgers the way you want it. The best burgers you'll ever have. All the best team Harvey's.

Absolutely lived always stopping here, but over the past few months I've noticed a big change. Portion sizes have gotten much smaller and employees just seemed annoyed with having to serve you. But the worst was what I seen on my last visit, the cook used the same tongs he used to put the blueberry pies in the packaging as he did to take out the frozen hamburgers.

Normally we’ve had no issue whenever we ordered from this place except the occasionally missing food item, though this time I’ve got food poisoning from their buffalo chicken poutine. My sister has also got food poisoning from their chicken as well from a separate occasion.Guess it’s a hit or miss if you’ll get good food or not.

I do not recommend working here if you are considering to do so. I wasnt treated fairly and trained properly. I was rushed into tending to customers and got scoffed at when I made a mistake, and I wasn’t paid fully when I worked. They missed two days pay, and gaslit me into thinking I was never working those days when I had proof I did. When in a situation involving an agressive customer I (a young teenager) asked what I should do to a manager and I was laughed at. Other than that their food is great.

I ordered a regular burger and frings on the app. The frings were good and hot. Had a promo and got them for free. The burger was cold. Like I had to put it in a pan to reheat. A microwave would have made it rubbery, it was that cold. I live nearby, so I was a few minutes from the location after I placed the order. I probably won't return to this location anytime soon.

Pretty good for a Harvey's. Price is standard. Food is typical. Staff are friendly. Restaurant is usually clean. Occasionally the tables are dirty but there is always space and a clean table somewhere. I like that their poutines are vegetarian.

Very dissatisfied with the food I received today. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and not only were the fries completely overcooked, but the burger was a complete mess and RAW when I took a bite. I'm pregnant, and because of that this burger wasn't even safe for me to eat, so everything went in the garbage except a few unburnt fries and the beverage. I'm sure anyone would be unhappy with the presentation of this food, and it does not seem professional to serve to paying customers. I usually use the Lundy's Lane location, but went here because it was closer to home. I am unlikely to return and will be sharing my experience with others.

Food is awesome. Heard workers commenting about me in drive thru when they thought the window was closed and it wasn't exactly welcoming. Tipped them anyways. Hope they were just having a bad day.
