A great place to get a huge tasty burrito. Their burritos are gigantic and packed with serious flavor and fresh ingredients. I had a regular chicken burrito and it was everything I could have hoped for. Friendly staff, delicious food, good price. What more can you ask for?Better grab a handful of napkins, you won't be disappointed!

You could begin by covering your food in the warming trays when not serving customers. It would also help avoid the rampant cross contamination I saw between ingredients.Next, you could instruct your staff on how to wipe tables and return trays to the register. With 3 people working and me the only customers in the store it was annoying that there were no clean tables to sit at.Finally, a small gripe. Your store has the smallest meat portions I have ever received on a burrito. This was the second time, and a different server, so I suspect it's a management issue.Fix all that and I'd be happy to amend my rating. But remember YOU asked.

Inconsistent Service and Time ManagementI have been a regular customer at this Mucho Burrito for some time now, often placing my orders online through their website. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While the convenience of ordering online initially impressed me, the restaurant's inability to have my order ready upon arrival has become a recurring issue.During my last 5-6 visits, I have arrived at the restaurant only to find that my order had not been prepared in advance, despite my online submission. This lack of efficiency defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time, especially when I am on a tight lunch break schedule. What troubles me even more is the absence of any apology or acknowledgment from the restaurant employees for this inconvenience.As a loyal customer, I believe that good service and efficient time management are essential for a positive dining experience. Sadly, this Mucho Burrito has consistently fallen short in these areas, leading me to reconsider my patronage. I sincerely hope that Chipotle on King George, which is set to open soon, will provide the reliable service and timely order preparation.Overall, my recent experiences at Mucho Burrito have left me disappointed, and unless the restaurant addresses these issues, I will likely be exploring other options for my future lunch outings.

BAD BAD SERVICE please teach your staff proper way of handling food and how to serve and right amount of portions . I order veggie bowl with rice and veggie's only because i am vegetarian. the guys working their don't know how to serve food and he put very little amount and i told him one veggie bowl with all the veggies but keep asking again and again. he put very little amount of veggies. please teach your staff or give them more training. please how them how to sanitize too. and I order one chicken Burrito for my friend. bad bad bad service. i WASTED MY $30+

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Yesterday, I ordered through DoorDash. One small and one regular burrito. The small burrito was really small. I spent 12 dollars, it wasn’t worth it. It looked like a kid's burrito. Make it at least a small burrito. It is not the first time at this location. That’s why I would prefer other locations to this one. Highly disppionted. Never ordering here again.
