Emailed doneen because I heard how great the were and was looking forward to dealing with them.Unfortunately this is the email I received back when enquiring about prices on pools.Hi,Pools are gone completely Canada wide and we have no guidance as towhen they will be available again at this time.We strongly recommend youkeep that Intex working this year as you will find nothing out there.PaulDoneen SalesGood sales job Paul.Way to be dismissive.Wont you eventually get pools for your pool business.I sure for a flavor for you early on.Ill look elsewhere thanks again Paul.Adele

I just called to get an estimate on the cost of having our liner put back in place and instead of charging for a service a call a very nice gentleman gave me the instructions over the phone on how to repair it myself. Honest business is hard to find, I will highly recommend Doneen in the future.

I called during closed hours and was able to buy a complete pool package within minutes. I picked up my pool and everything that goes with it the next week.Great knowledge and customer service..If you need an above ground pool or equipment this is the place.thank you

Doneen makes it easy with complete packages and everything onsite. She has installers set up so you don't have to look for that separately. Her prices are much better than the competitors that we checked. She's taking the current pandemic very seriously and cares about her customers like family. Even if you're just dropping in for a ballpark figure she'll treat you like gold and give you the best price. It was a pleasure doing business with you Doneen.

The owners are that best and very easy going and prices are great. They help you out with everything and anything and any problems they are a phone call or email away and they get back to you fast about it. Love them been with them almost 25yrs now and will continue as long as I own a pool.

Always a pleasant experience when I go. I usually bring my dog which starts a conversation. Dog people are good people! It's the only place we go for supplies.

The lady working was pretty unprofessional. She was speaking aggressively on the phone when we got there waited about 8 mins to ask a question, not really a problem even though the phone call sounded personal. Then as we are about to check out she got another call and proceeded to give a full quote on the phone while we waited another 10 mins at the register. My advise is if your want a quick trip for supplies maybe call your order in ahead because that's obviously the priority.
