I broke my right mid humerus in December and it was a bad one!! If not for the care from MvmtEvolution there is no way I would already be back to full strength and movement!! The exercise rehab sessions with Amanda were nothing short of amazing!!! I was able to find full mobility again, flexibility, and my strength. But beyond that, and much more important, I was able to find my confidence in myself to do the movements that I used to do. The team is full of experts in their field and I am truly lucky to have them as my team members as well! Throughout my process I saw Marla for chiropractic, Amanda from my exercise rehab, and also Andrea for my acupuncture. All three made an absolute huge difference in my recovery and I am so grateful. I’ve been going to Marla for chiro since I was pregnant 8 years ago. I have also had her work with my children when they were infants and had digestive issues. Marla takes great care to ensure she’s thoughtful and thorough, and she’s also become a good friend through our conversations about health and wellness.
