Brought my cat here after having a bad experience with my old vet of 30 years.Was welcomed upon entering, warm environment, love the house cat and was made to feel very comfortable and confident my Puma was a great hands with Dr. Han.Prices were less than previously estimated with my old vet and I felt more secure leaving my cat for the day.I work nearby but live off the Island and don’t mind the drive to feel that my pet is in good hands.Thank you for your care and making us feel welcome.

It was my first time visiting and I loved it. Reception is very nice and welcoming, and Dr. Brazzini is also so nice and very thorough with her examination and making sure all of your questions are answered. She took her time with me and she even took the time to greet my dog before getting her up on the table and I really appreciate that. Thank you to the team and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Take care!

They saw us for an emergency. As we were there, it was nice to see how everyone is well taken care of.It's a very nice clinic with wonderful staff. I'm sure all our little friends enjoy their visits as much as their guardians.

I want to say upfront that my negative review has nothing to do with the veterinary services provided.Unfortunately, my visit to this clinic is an experience that left me hurting more than it should have. Immediately upon introducing myself, the veterinarian began by asking uncomfortable questions about my ethnicity and religion. Of course, I don't usually have an issue when someone wants to learn more my background, however it is never appropriate as the first interactions upon meeting someone (and especially so in a professional environment). Revised my review because our Pug's condition didn't improve after $700 in 2 visits for costly tests and medicines.-------First time at this vet and we're pleased with our experience here with them.The vet is conveniently located at a shaded area so we could wait outdoor with fresh air for our rdv. We managed to get a rdv on the same day and waited an hour or so.The vet (Dr Eliane) who saw and treated our baby is gentle and kind. They have a resident guard (cat) too which was kind of nice. The black cat lives there!Since I noticed there is not price list of services on their website, health examination is CAD 59.00 (CAD 67.85 after tax)The nurse who helped with blood extraction was also kind and patient with our baby.

The entore staff is amazing -- kind, supportive, helpful. No matter what reason I take one of my precious cats in for, I trust that they're in the best hands possible. The main vet, Dr. de Hans is superb, thorough, and has a wicked sense of humour. Even my most anxious critter calm down with her. I can't say enough good things about this entire clinic.

Kind, attentionate, caring staff. Absolutely amazing vet who is clearly passionate about her job, it shows that she loves animals! Place is clean, spacious and really well organized! I feel grateful that we have a vet clinic of such high quality and standards on the Island! Thank you so much for being there and for caring!!! <3

Normally I frown upon people who take the time to leave a negative review, so it saddens me to do the same in hypocritical taste, however it is definitely not the first time this happens at Vet Ile des soeurs;I spent a good 20 discussing the amenities offered by their veterinarian and staff. Hoping to ask for their specialist to arrive from out-of-venue to perform an ultra sound on my Doodle, as well as have any other possible checkups done on the spot whilst administering a shot he is overdue for.I arrive early around 2:30, to my 3:30 appointment, on a Thursday only to be told that there is no such appointment (or any for that matter) under my name.I was pleased to see the attempted and sincerely apologetic accountability the first member of staff was providing as she tried to suppress my frustration and book the next possible appointment for me with a confirmation email.I was then proven wrong about their sincere concern for the customer as her colleague came out to follow up and say that I was never interested in the appointment and that I said I wouldn’t be coming by.My life revolves around my dog and am constantly complimented on my impeccable memory,That note aside, whether I did or didn’t say yes to the appointment does not mean in the slightest that the customer is ever to be told he is wrong.What’s the point of calling in advance ?This is the second time I’m forced to leave this specific vet with my dog without a single thing accomplished — both times with the very same issue of having to call 1-2weeks in advance to book an appointment just so that I can clear my day (as well as my fathers day , who lives in coteau du lac and drives down for my sake as he is my only means of transporting my dog to the vet via car), and be turned away in a distasteful manner.Very lucky for this vet to be located somewhere they can corner their respective share of the market.I’m absolutely disgusted and frankly appalled that your google rating manages to remain above 4.5, probably because you are the only vétérinaire on Nuns Island and your on-island clients have nothing to compare your level of standards to.Cheers,K Pedro Al Hassani
