The people as well as the atmosphere at Backfit are outstanding.My quality of life has improved substantially since becoming a patient at the Backfit Clinic. I have Doctors' Bentham and their Decompression team to thank for this - keep up the great work!!I would liken the Backfit Clinic to an oasis of calm in my otherwise strenuous life.

Incredibly thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. My initial patient intake exam & x-ray revealed underlying issues that had been missed by previous practitioners I’d seen. My spinal health is still a work in progress but already I feel better than I have in well over a decade! The road to recovery has been made that much easier with the support of the ENTIRE Backfit staff. It’s very reassuring knowing such a dedicated team “have your back” along the way.

Very clear guidance at reception, in a friendly and confident manner. Dr Doyle likewise obviously loves his work, as he naturally and methodically analyzed my condition, zeroing in on the issues without prematurely over-concluding. Then the kinesthiologist Anna collected metrics on my current state in a competent and cheerful way. 5/5 you guys! I’m in good hands.

My first visit to BackFit was in May 2022. A friend suggested I go for an assessment since I had considerable difficulties with my lower back that started affecting my day-to-day life.All of the BackFit staff made it clear from the moment I entered the building that they would fully dedicate themselves to helping me achieve my health goals.Dr. Craig developed a personalized treatment plan that addressed my back issues while respecting my time and financial considerations.The communication I receive is clear and concise. The team always ensures that I am comfortable and understand what is happening and how it relates to meeting my health goals. One of the most surprising and pleasant experiences is receiving the occasional email from treatment staff cheering you on and acknowledging your incremental victories.The quality of my life has completely changed, and the outlook for the future is bright!I encourage anyone experiencing back, shoulder, neck, leg or hip discomfort to reach out to BackFit for an assessment. I wish I had done so years ago. As with most things, the sooner you address the issue, the sooner you will see results.

The scientific methodology and professionalism of the medical diagnosis and recommended treatment are praiseworthy. The level of technology is easy to understand and most helpful in utilizing the beautifully engineered equipment. What is most important, and what really is creditable is the compassion and understanding of the staff at all levels of human interaction including the doctoral triage, tech and secretarial support, all of whom encourage continuous feedback regarding how well they are doing in fulfilling their client's expectations. I encourage anyone with back/spinal issues to embrace the high level of expertise, kindness, and consideration offered by everyone at the Back Fit Clinic in Victoria, BC.

Dr Yim is truly a dedicated person. Extremely knowledgeable. Efficient. Understanding. A great practitioner. Backfit building has a nice feel. Genuinely friendly and efficient front desk staff. I was nervous going in. Grateful and informed coming out. We got to the “ root”, pardon the pun, of the problem first visit. Now the work begins. :)

Honestly 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for Dr Bentham and his team of staff at Backfit. I’ve been seeing Dr Bentham for 4 months now and my health and wellness has improved more than I could have ever imagined. During my treatment I have learned so much more than just spinal health. I’ve been inspired to live a healthy life and be my best self! The only regret I have is not going to see him sooner. The high standard of service at back fit is noticeable the first time you walk in the front door! Thank you so much for getting me back to the person I want to be!

As a mom of a very active hockey player, I was amazed at the thoroughness and professionalsim Dr. Craig Bentham exhibited toward my son during a recent assessment. Knowing I was only in town for the day, Dr. Bentham took the time to assess and report his findings to put me at ease knowing my son would be well cared for with the team. What is normally completed in 2 days, Dr, Bentham willingly sacrificed his busy practice time to ensure I left knowing what he found with my son's assessment and what they would do with subsequent treatments to ensure the best possible outcome. I can't recommend Dr, Bentham and his team highly enough!

My first experience with a Chiropractor, and then my second, and then my third, were utterly horrendous. To say I was hesitant" to walk into Backfit is an understatement

I have been dealing with back pain for the past 7 years, trying different physiotherapists and chiropractors with little luck in treating my issues. Since seeing Dr. Bartlett however my back has been showing considerable improvement with treatment and therapy that is working to treat my injury rather than merely relieve the pain. Not only have my results from the treatment been excellent, but Dr. Bartlett and his staff are genuine and caring people who make their patients feel extremely comfortable, and get to know them on a personal level rather than just treating them as another patient. They manage to do this all the while providing an extremely professional environment with excellent resources to help their patients. I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences on all of my visits and will refer anyone I know dealing with back pain to visit Dr. Bartlett.
