Daisytech has been supplying me with toners for quite a number of years. They have very competitive pricing, and they never fail to satisfy. They have great follow up service, and if you have any questions, the staff their are more than helpful.

We have been dealing with Tylor at Daisytech for a number of years and the level of service and professionalism is top notch. Tylor is attentive to our specific needs and offers helpful suggestions with products available. If we have had a concern or an issue with a product, Tylor has been responsive to solving the issue. I highly recommend Daisy tech and Tylor. Great to support a small business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We purchased 4 (all colors) manufactured recommended cartridges from Daisytech, their new cartridges started off not printing cyan properly (very faded). Paul, the manager came twice to our office and personally witnessed the poor printing quality (very faded). He replaced their original cartridges with their new ones and the problem still persisted – as in NOT printing like HP cartridges. He at first blamed it on our printer, suggested we buy a new one. Then we bought 4 new manufactured recommended cartridges from another company, installed all 4 cartridges and our printer is printing color as it should be. I guess as long as Daisytech’s cartridges are printing ANY color, that is satisfactory for Daisytech and they are ok with that! NO CREDIT NO REFUND NO NOTHING! Great business ethics. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!!!

Been using Daisytech for years and their service is awesome. As a parts person of one of B.C.'s biggest dealerships, I'm printing all day long. Daisytech supplies me with great product that never fails, and when I'm in a pickle, my cartridge is there the next day by lunch. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, ask for Sean.

Great company to work with. I've used several of their office supply products, always surpassing my expectations. Paul has been wonderful to work with the one time my printer went down prior to a tight deadline (I'm a freelance artist) he came to my office and replaced the part quickly, keeping me on schedule and able to deliver on time saving me money and keeping my client happy. I would not hesitate to reccomended Daisytech and have on many occasions.

Some jerk from daisytech just cold called me from and when I asked to be put on their do not call list they rudely hung up on me. Call time Tuesday May 19 10:58am.Rude service, 0/5 stars. Do not buy their stuff.
