All dealings with The Coffee Fix have been exceedingly professional and friendly. A skilled and knowledgeable service company, their repair work and customer service quality are second to none. Would not hesitate to call on them for coffee needs.

I don't normally like to write bad reviews, but this is one instance where I can't let this go.First off, I will give them much credit for not charging me for their labour after being unable to fix my machine. I also don't hold it against them for the length of time to receive replacement parts due to COVID disrupting the supply chain. Stuff like that is totally beyond their control.However communication is within their control, and during the 6 months they had my machine, their communication was like pulling teeth. My questions would go unanswered for days, requiring multiple followups before they would get back to me. My final question about what parts were ordered went unanswered. I just get the feeling that they were glad to get my machine out of their workshop.I'm not convinced that they tried that hard to fix it when the parts arrived. After I got the machine back, I found another technician out of town. The exact words he used when he opened up the machine were Wow

Called and dispatch was extremely responsive and the technician arrive was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my machine. Very reasonable rates. Excellent service would use them again for sure.

had our 3 group la marzocco serviced and fixed. Our tech James was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They got us up and running fast and followed up as well. Definitely recommend using coffeefix!

Tried using the Okanagan person for a leaking hot water tap on esspresso machine. The tap no longer leaks but it also no longer works st all. Took 2 months and its still broken. Find someone else unless you want to be dissatisfied

James Brown went completely out of his way to find a part for my espresso machine. I didn’t even pay for his service and refused payment for my part. Incredible customer service. He has my business for sure next time I need him!!
