Excellent service always beautiful photos

As the office administrator of a school let me be the first to say PhotoVisions has been amazing to work with. They are always so helpful and pleasant to work with. They are efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.As a parent they are fantastic as well. I know the struggle of getting any of my four kids to sit for a picture can be a challenge. and in honesty sometimes when the pictures come home my son is usually making the weirdest face ever! but I love it cause that my son! and with all the chaos of getting school pictures done they have still managed to get stand and smile. I love all the options of backgrounds and the prints always have great colour quality.Thanks for all you guys do!

Great photos and friendly staff!

Not impressed with the photos 1 bit. My childs school photos look forced and rushed. As if no care was done and it was a quick snap and onto the next one. Her glasses are crooked, her “smile” is half and she looks super uncomfortable. Unfortunately this was the “retake” because she was absent the day of photos. A large portion of the other parents are not pleased as well.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order in November and after months of waiting I asked on my status multiple times. Finally Kirsten responded saying that they never sent out that order and they would right away. Three weeks later my order from the year before arrived. I asked for the proper order and a refund and never heard back. I am going to complain to the school next.Received my order free of charge. Thanks for correcting the error

I received my child's school photos on Friday. Both images were absolutely terrible. After reaching out on Facebook to ask about retakes and how disappointed I was, I have yet to hear from this company. I will be hiring another photographer for school photos from now on.

Great locally owned business. They have helped several times with ordering and getting retakes for both of my children's school photos. I love how friendly all of the staff is. They make the whole process easy. They even helped out with printing menus for us when we first opened our restaurant. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
