This has been my Go To place for Audio Video equipment for the last 10 years. Great service, very knowledgeable staff. Great listening rooms to demo and compare different tiers of equipment before purchasing. Very reasonable pricing.

Regency Audio Video Design
I took a speaker to be repaired they said it would cost $50 to quote which I paid and they said they would get beck to me the following week after the technician has looked at it. Never heard back from them after two weeks, so I visited the store, to be to told that they are waiting for a quote for the spare part from the manufacturer. After another two weeks still heard nothing from them went back top the store only to be told the manufacturer wants $1200 for the part and they dont have it. This was a lie as the part did not cost that and is available, I was only told this to placate me. I took the speaker to another authorised dealer and have had the speaker fixed with part replaced for under $400. However it cost me $50 for nothing.
