I'd like to compliment Jennifer (and Jason one of your employees), for the excellent service we have received. Jennifer has gone way above and beyond to help us out with scheduling issues. She has extreme professionalism and provided us with options to make things work. People please remember this is a local business that deserves your support! It is worth the money! The driving lessons by Jason were helpful and he offered endless support in getting a licence. With Jason's guidance and patience he taught skills to become a safe driver. Thank you for giving confidence to new drivers! Most of all thank you to Jennifer for your dedication and for helping us to get to the next life goal! You are AMAZING!!!!

Personally found Ron to be a horrible teacher. For some his teaching style may work but I found it completely ineffective. After my experience at young drivers, I got lessons from Jerry which were a thousand times more effective and better priced.

Do not go here for driver's training. It is not a good place. The employees are very inconsiderate and try to snatch as much $$$ from you as possible. It is a horrible place to get your driver's training so please find some other Driving school. There are much better options that this place which is full of ignorant, rude and mindless employees.

Amazing customer service!! Jennifer is wonderful to deal with- so nice and helpful, I doubt we’d have made it to the end without her help!

Amazing experience at Young Drivers Thunder Bay, very accommodative and prepared me for real life driving situations. A beautiful classroom and he driving instructors are very friendly and patient. I would recommend going to young drivers before taking your G2 test!

I'd rather go somewhere else!

I was very disappointed in Young Drivers. My daughter did not pass her drivers test and they just walk away saying good luck. when you pay for this service you expect that they will follow up if they do not pass. we were not even given a phone call. So I called them and there attitude was horrendous. I would have paid for extra lessons but they wanted another fee of $200.00. I had already paid $900 for something she never received . Lesson of safe driving. She was actually a good driver and passed on the next test but was not confident in her driving after failing. I believe that Young Drivers should of all times follow up if the student fails whether its the students fault or the MTO tester was having a bad day. I paid them to help my daughter get her drivers license and they did not produce.
