I usually dont post reviews especially negative ones. But I feel I really should express my frustration for one very rude and sarcastic individual Brooklyn Kish.I called from Saskatoon to inquire about rental properties as my family is moving to Nanaimo. This lady was extremely rude , sarcastic and had a very disdain attitude. If this is the customer service then I dont think anyone should rent from them. When I called her out on her tone and attitude, she hung up on me. Extremely pathetic personality. I wanted to file a complaint to the Manager as well. Very unprofessional experience.
