I was absolutely wowed by the atmosphere and knowledgeability shown to me at Ossicle. I have been to several hearing clinics and Dr. Hilbert is by far the most thorough clinician I have seen. Not only did he address my concerns, he did testing that has never been offered to me before. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hilbert to anyone!

Now I know why I have the TV volume so high !!!! A complete investigation into my hearing reveals i can't hear high pitched sounds. Thanks everyone at Ossicle.Gord Armstrong

Ossicle Hearing (Janelle & Steve) were kind enough to present to Autism BC's community group about auditory processing disorder and hearing concerns. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered the group's questions.

I went into Ossicle for a pre-employment screening and was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness and overall knowledge of the staff. I also purchased some custom molded noise defenders for work. They had so many colour options, and the ear molds are premium quality material and very comfortable. I definitely recommend Ossicle for all your hearing health care needs!

Today I ventured to Ossicle Hearing for my initial consultation and hearing tests. As a lead up to my initial visit, Megan fielded numerous concerns and questions via email, reassuring and supporting me! I was greeted with such warmth upon my arrival and even met the GM, Steve. He too was welcoming and very sincere. It became apparent these people really care about the person they are serving! Janelle, my audiologist, was professional, yet caring and took a great amount of time to explain the procedures and about my specific tinnitus needs. At the completion of my testing...again Janelle gave a full dissertation of the results and what type of appliances I would require. My medical provider covered about 40% of the cost...and Ossicle offered no interest financing to resolve the residual amount owing. I was so touched by their empathetic and humanistic approach and that help was on it's way for my profound hearing loss and severe tinnitus, that I broke down in tears! They comforted me and said they were very happy they could accomplish this for me! In all my life, I have never been treated so well at a place of business! From the moment you arrive, to the minute you leave...you know you are in the presence of angels! In forever appreciation, love and peace out to you all... Stephen Clarke! ps...
