11 Grosvenor Lane Rental Townhouse

Terrible landlord who is emotionally unstable, verbally abusive, and physically aggressive. Apartment did not have heating for a week in the middle of Canadian winter and she would not pay to get heating fixed. Aparently this happened to not only myself but multiple students already. Her excuse was that she was away in China, she had no internet, she can’t fix the heating from far away and won’t pay for anyone to fix it except her free friends, tenants are unreasonable and ungrateful. Completely irresponsible and irrational. She has since been blacklisted by the University of Waterloo to advertise to students. She also owns 31 and 33 Grosvenor Lane (same street). Renters beware.
