Clock Repair
Inherited a very old coco clock from my grandparents and it was not working. Brought it in and inquired. They kept it about a week and then let me know what it would cost to repair. They also give a one year warranty on their work. Pleased with how they treated the clock. They even oiled it so the luster came back out and did not look all dry and about to fall apart.Kind of pricey but worth it. Now my kids can grow up with the sounds I remember from my grandparents house as I grew up.

We have two clocks from here that are beautiful and run great. Fantastic service and top quality work. Rich has been doing clock repair for nearly 40 years and is one of very few masters of the trade.

Clock Repair
Rich is a true craftsmen of clock repair. My Dad was also a clock repairman and when he passed I did not know if I'd ever be able to find someone to trust to repair my clocks. Finally, my sister found Rich. It was such a blessing. He has repaired our 2 mantel clocks and a grandfather clock. I highly recommend him.

Since my earlier review, my clocks have been repaired and returned in great working order. Rich is a talented and skilled clock mechanic. I would give a five star rating if it were not for the challenges in communicating. Maybe my communication experience was out of the norm. So, would I recommend Rich? Yes.

The grandfather clock we have owned for 48 years stopped running. Rich came to our home worked his magic and now the clock runs better & keeps better time than it did when it was new. He’s not only a master clock repair man but he’s also very interesting to visit with.

Rich came to my house to repair two clocks a month ago. He said he needed to take them back to his shop. I have since left four messages for him, none of which have been returned. Concerned I have lost my clocks!
