Great driving school, in class portion was informative and engaging. In car lessons were completed quickly, with a great instructor, he was patient and friendly and taught me everything I needed to know. I was very well prepared for my G2 test. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to complete their drivers training for a little more experience.

Terrible!!! They have good in-person classes. But don't expect to hear from them for your in-car lessons. another issue is that they are failing with communication to customers. I tried calling this number multiple times trying to find out more about lesson and they never seem to pick up it will always go to voicemail. Another thing While another driving school during the pandemic are open and give lessons to students, teaching them how to drive and helping them get there licenses. This school claims that “they are unable to teach because of covid”. But there competition are giving lesson and providing proper teaching even thought there is a pandemic. If you have to go to a driving school, please I beg you not to waste your money!!! Go somewhere else! Anywhere but just not to this school.

I wish I took all my lessons here from the start.Wray was a very experienced and detailed driving instructor. He helped me correct some techniques such as my left turns, dry steering, maintaining the speed limit and so much more!!!!I passed my test with just a few hours of lessons from Universal drivers. Keep up the great job!

The in class lessons were very well done and prepared me well for when it was time to practice on the road. My in car driving instructor was great teacher and a very nice person! He was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was saying. He always knew how to make me feel calm and comfortable when driving which made my driving experience go smoothly! I feel lucky to have had Miki as my instructor. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with Universal Driving!

After completing some lessons, I can already tell that Wray is a very experienced instructor. He gives advice that helps to make you feel very confident in accomplishing major driving milestones for the first time. It takes away a lot of the anxiousness in doing things for the first time when you have a supportive and patient instructor helping you!The lessons are super informative, you'll receive tips that will help you for a lifetime!! My older sister used this same company when she got her license years ago and the years of experience shows.

My overall experience with Universal Driving School was good! My in class instructor was very informative and detailed with her lessons. My in car instructor was pretty good as well. I feel like I did learn necessary driving skills from him and improved throughout my lessons. He made me repeat certain things I struggled with which was beneficial. At the beginning it was a bit hard to get in touch and begin to plan the lessons as he did not have my file but all worked out in the end. I would have liked more constant feedback about my progress to gain more confidence and comfort for each lesson, as well as at times a more descriptive explanation of things, but overall my experience was good and I learned a lot! I loved the driving with Dana she's an amazing teacher very understanding and polite, was very calm and kept me calm. She was very helpful with showing me everything I needed to know about driving and getting my G2 would recommend this school to other forsure and her as a teacher

Universal driving education was quite an experience for me. I kept rescheduling my road test dates as I wasn’t ready while at other driving locations; however, once I signed up with this school, I only needed a couple hours to beat driving anxiety and Learned a lot more; can proudly say I got my G2 on my first try. The teacher is very supportive and focused on instilling key details to polish your driving skills! I highly recommend for all the next drivers.

The in-class driving instructor was very informative and thorough. She showed the class excellent visuals and also shared her personal experiences. My in-car driving instructor was also good. It was clear that she was well educated on all the road rules and driving tricks. I think if she had only allowed me to practice certain maneuvers on my own, then I would certainly do better. My overall experience with Universal Driving School was great and I definitely recommend this school for future drivers!
