Excellent service. Shawn was able to remedy the problem with my remote control in minutes, after I had spent over two hours on the phone with Bell service reps and technicians, who advised me that the problem with my brand new remote control could not be fixed, and I should just do without the button that turns my TV on and off.

He was great After so many days of no internet, he came with 15 min only restored our internet .He is the greatest ,the one you can trust Believe us Call him

We were having trouble receiving any internet, the call in office was very supportive and had a technician get in touch with me right away. Our tech Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and was able to come to our home and repair the problem.

Now I really dislike making bad reviews here, but knowing what I know now, theres no excuse for the ghosting that I was subjected to by the mr and mrs that are SAS. It’s certainly a sad day for being a Shaw direct customer…. Shaw HAD top notch contracted installers through LA satellite but I guess savings won over quality and customer satisfaction….big time.Then these guys got the contract. Over promise under deliver should be the motto here. I didn’t choose these guys but my provider did. Needed a simple dish repoint. Totally prepared to pay the installer a nice tip as a thank you because I know my booking isn’t the moneymaker of the day. But not now…..Installer communicates to their upcoming appointments vaguely and incompletely. Ultimately in ways designed to throw the customer under the bus then play victim….. all so they can skip the booking cause it’s not the moneymaker of the day. Dont wanna work for Shaw?! Great….. nobody forced you to take their deal. don’t take it out on the customer….. So very disappointing and unprofessional. Now my Father’s Day surprise is ruined.Southern AB ain’t that big…… people know people…. I was looking forward to thanking them with a generous tip for their time and efforts….. but now all they get is a negative review.

After years of waiting to get wifi, Southern Alberta Satellite rolled in to our place and within half an hour had us hooked to Xplornet with an excellent signal!Connected us to Shaw satellite as well.Fast, efficient and knows his stuff.Super happy with the service.

Great technicians and great service. Called our ISP and Southern AB Satellite was able to come out the next day and solve our problems in less than an our. Restored our internet speeds with a new installation and setup which was very nicely installed.If you need someone to service your internet I’d definitely recommend SAS.

They came after a four weeks from the first install date which they cancelled with out calling us about coming or not coming at close to five I called bell and found this out they arranged to come again in three weeks snd this time they came there was a satellite on roof before we moved in and informed them of it and they might need to run a wire to front room the service instalker look at wires around house and said there was a wire already in the front roomWhen they tried to hook.up the satulite the wire to front room didnt work there was one on other side of front room wall this ment we was going to run a wire across the floor but instead run it up wall over ceiling and down to t vWe rent this.place and was unsure what the landlord would thing of this he wanted to know why they didnt run the wire outside i told him they didnt bring enough wire to do this he informed me it needs to be run outsideGot ahold of the company who informed me they would change me for wire snd mileage to fix it which was their mistakePoor customer service cant recommended them to anyoneFinally got it fixed from a company in lethbridge for $75 dollars and had no.problem doing it

He was here on time. Courteous. Professional. Followed covid safety procedures. Left after ensuring the system was up and working properly.

Had a long term outage (nearly 5 days) due to Xplornet 'maintenance' and though Shawn was off work that day he took my messages and dispatched another tech out to our place on a Friday aftenoon. Daniel was great and had us up and running. Very much appreciated!
