Stayed for a weekend of skiing with 4 of our kids. Ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast that was included had fresh and tasty options, eating area was well maintained. The woman who worked there was very helpful.

Room for 2 of us was $205+. Thinking it was a Hilton it would have been nicer than it was. The washroom was in rough condition. There was black mold in the caulking around the bathtub, and our sink was clogged and would not drain. Quite a bit overpriced for what it was. We won't be back. There was also zero meat in the included breakfast with we found odd.

The service was horrible. Right when we walked in, there was a worker there that didn’t even know how to check a guest in. She had us leave and come back an hour later so someone else could do it. After we got in, we went down to ask them to call us a cab. She proceeded to look at us as if we were dumb and said “uh I guess so” and rolled her eyes. Our room was never cleaned and towels were never restocked. We were on the third floor waiting for the elevator. The front desk lady saw us, asked if we were using the elevator. We said yes and then she said “oh. I will be taking the stairs then”. Such a bad experience. Would never go back.

Clean rooms, lots of parking.They have an amazing hike trail that is right behind the hotel and it circles around a small lake.Breakfast spread could use some improvementOverall a good 2 night stay.

Got moved to a different room at approximately 10pm because they put us in a Bride's room by accident. Otherwise, this place was immaculately well kept. The pool was being serviced the entire time during our stay but otherwise the hotel itself exceeded my expectations.

Definitely a far drive from Ottawa but the hotel was a great experience. Staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Free parking and comes with breakfast. Hotel price was reasonable

Who knew that the one hotel in Elliot Lake would be such a gem? Excellent rooms, really lovely staff, more tasty choices at breakfast than I could eat in one sitting. Thank you!

This is the only hotel in Elliot Lake, hence, they have a monopoly and provide basic rooms for an exorbitant price: $170 for a room worth $110 at the most. There was a power outage, so for our 2 day stay, no hot water. Guess there is no back up generator. No complementary bottled water, no microwave in the room. But there is a fridge. View of the lake is nice, but only from rooms on the east side. Fitness room is basic: 2 treadmills, free weights, bench, balls, resistance bands. There is a small pool.

This place is beautiful..from the time u walk through the doors..Rooms are spacious. I had a room overlooking the river.Easy access..right on highway 108 in Elliot Lake..If u are ever in the area,this is the only place to stay. Don't even look anywhere else .It's perfection..
