Jacey asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorise my skin type & which products/type of facial will help me with my dry, yet oily skin! I felt relaxed during the entire appointment and so refreshed walking out. I cannot wait to book again! Would 100% recommend getting a facial done!!

I have been a client of Ashley's since before she opened up The Brow Loft! I've since also used the services of everyone who works there and have never left disappointed! Go for the most luxurious facials or to get a great shape on your brows! They always make you feel so welcome and are professional and very clean! Will definitely be a life long customer!

Katie made my first facial experience so enjoyable I think I died and went to heaven. She is professional, and so insanely talented (all of the girls are)!! The environment was so relaxing and cozy. You won't be disappointed booking any service here - highly recommend!

I wish I found the brow loft sooner and saved myself some headache and $$$! The most welcoming place I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very professional. The studio is very clean and organized. They are very talented, passionate and knowledgeable on what they do. It doesn’t matter who you book with cause you will never leave their studio disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend this place. I always leave feeling confident and beautiful.

I was fortunate to sit in Katie's chair to have my makeup done for maternity photos. From the ease of conversation to the final product, Katie's experience and passion for her job was undeniable. She was even able to make my troublesome skin (melasma) look flawless. I highly recommend Katie!

I saw Katie for the first time the other day for a brow wax + henna, and WOW is all I have to say. She did an excellent job of telling me along the way exactly everything that she was doing, and toward the end, explained in-depth how to take care of the henna, expectations of how long it would last, etc.Positives I want to point out:- they're located in a gorgeous building and the vibes and atmosphere are great- Katie didn't leave me waiting at all, nor did she run behind for the client following me- Quite possibly the least painful waxing of my life- Most importantly, my brows looked incredible afterward! I'll be a repeat customer for sure :)
