This has been a location that I have been shopping for years. It’s a decent sized store and there are always different, but random, accessories to find here. Years ago, I would buy some neckties and dress shirts here but at this moment, there doesn’t seem to be much. I was able to find some stylish clothing at a good price here as usual but was disappointed to see the cashier just stuff the t-shirts I bought into the bag so I will be giving a 3 out of 5. The customer service has always been good in the past. I’m not sure if I got someone who just didn’t care or if they are not being trained properly.

Store has a large selection.However, worst customer service at Winners in Vancouver. I wanted to buy a skincare product that was missing the lid, and didn’t appear to be completely full.The manager argued with me, told me it was sealed (without a lid??), then grudgingly gave me $1 discount.The Winners at Madison Centre has much more professional staff.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful at the jewelry counter. I was a regular customer before but lately the new staff there are very rude and have no interest to show you anything. The incident happened on March 23 at 2:30pm. If any of the managers is reading this you should be able to find out who that employee was.

You should know what you have to buy from them, otherwise, you waste your money!Not all their products are worth it, some of the products have a better price than the same ones in other stores.

Lots of items at affordable and fair prices. Great various selection of homeware, clothing, furniture, and so on. You could find some good deal from time to time if you're lucky. Always long line up during the weekend and holiday.

I love how they have everything with a good deal. I bought this headphones and I love it. I usually get my headphones and earphones from there and it is always worth it. I would recommend more for house supplies or headphones.

Love this store. It takes time to find what you’re looking for but it’s worth spending the time here. Sometimes I get really good deals on shampoos conditioners etc.

I was here right when the store opened. Really good selection but so frustrating to find the right sizes. Clothes are completely disorganized and the sizes are just mismatched next to each other. I understand this is a very big store but I thought it would be more organized than this. I didn't even bother looking because every thing I grabbed was not in the right spot

This is the best Winners location in Vancouver. Stock changes over quickly and always really nice stuff! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Kajal! She goes above and beyond to make sure customers keep coming back for more deals! 5 stars for her!
