I recently had a disappointing camping experience at a campground that provided poor service and exhibited discriminatory practices. The staff lacked professionalism and showed a lack of attentiveness towards customers. Additionally, instances of discrimination by the management were observed, which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this campground due to their subpar service and discriminatory behavior. Look for other campgrounds that prioritize inclusivity and excellent service. (Would be zero stars if possible).

I would say, it's the best camp site in Niagara. Well maintained place and is near to grocery stores and gas station

Loved my visit to this campground. It's clean and the people are very friendly. Dennis from park maintenance showed up at our site as we were parking and helped us back in perfectly, then he dropped off our firewood and hooked up our sewer for us. Just a really welcoming atmosphere. Super close to the grocery store (10 minute walk or 2 minute drive) and a short 8 minute Uber ride to downtown and the falls. Had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Driving from the States into Canada and reading the negative reviews of this campsite, my wife was a little worried. We figured we would check it out and if we had any issues we would cancel and go elsewhere, but, I can honestly tell you that our experience was completely different from some of the negative reviewers. From the moment we got here, we have been treated very nicely. The front office staff is super friendly and welcoming. They have a gentleman that escorts you to your site and, something I've never seen before, he shows you all of the hook ups. As long time RVers we didn't need the explanation, but it is a nice small detail that definitely goes a long way for new RVers. As for the 2 adult clubs across the street, we didn't hear or see anyone outside at night. Our campsite was dry and clean. We are definitely glad that we stayed here.

I am a grandmother who has camped all my life and was dependent on their small firepit for cooking purposes, with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. A rude staff member took great pleasure in washing out our coals that was strictly being used for cooking. Our neighbors fires were washed out as well as he returned to their neighbors and sat at their bonfire untill 2 in the morning. Check the bylaws before you extinguish a cooking resource. I have video and audio to prove the disgusting actions of this staff member.Since I'm not allowed to reply to your response that I just now received, I'll reply here.Noise?! We didn't even have a radio and we were in Niagara Falls the entire 2 days spent there. We (last bus stop running) went back to camp to eat pie iron pizzas for supper and s'mores, before going to sleep with 2 grandchildren, for the next day, that's it! The fire was needed for supplying our food to eat only! Nice of you to portray and/or insinuate something that didn't happen. Too old and tired to party. Secondly, your employee's ignorance was so intolerable that I did report his actions the following morning and recieved similar disrespect there too. Our neighbors were alarmed listening to your employee's actions... And you should have heard the family 2 spots over with 2 children trying to enjoy their evening as well, until Charles in charge roamed in. Disgusting!Thankfully, our neighborshared their bon fire so we could eat a hot dog. Oh please!! Two thumbs down even more so now.(ps, I believe we spoke with the owner in the morning..... A Very nice, respectful gentleman, unlike his son)Maybe share the videos taken? You could listen to the audio, of the neighbors as well.

This place was surprisingly lovely! You have privacy, but you can still hang out with your neighbours. Land isn't marsh either, so the bugs only come out at a certain time at night. Overall, pretty cozy! I went with a friend who has a camper set up there for a tea and a chat. Everyone is friendly. Some of the decorations people have might say otherwise, but that's more of an opinion of mine, I guess.

Being brand new to RVing I just crossed the US from BC staying in a different campsite each night. I thought I had a good idea of what campsite staff were like which, they were all okay. Then I arrived at Scott's as the sun was about to go down. My son met me to help back in my 41ft 5th wheel which thanks to drive-through sites on my trip, I had never done before. Additionally my rig is very wide. There were several beautiful trees with some branches hanging lower than my RV. It did not look good for us.Before I knew it, like the crew that come out between innings at Blue Jay games, there were at least 4 staff members surrounding my rig and one seasonal fellow camper. One, the owners son, stood beside my open window telling me when to turn my wheel and how far. The others were watching all sides of my rig. When it was evident that there was no way to get around a tree branch without hitting my trailer, one of the staff climbed up the tree (about 15ft up) without hesitation and moved the branch out of the way.The welcome I received here was amazing and they have been fantastic ever since. Top Notch customer service. Pool is immaculate, grounds are great. Definitely, highly recommend!!
