The most amazing friendliest kindest place I have been in a long time. Out of a story book. While travelling North from Kicking Horse, B.C., the rear view mirror attached to my windshield rattled loose. It was impossible to see and drive safely. After stopping in Cache Creek at a number of shops, all who were not able to help, I was referred to a small shop in Ashcroft. Colin, dropped everything, to investigate the problem, which was unique challenge of clips and screws and got me on the road again. He was like a doctor of rear view mirrors! He kindly did not charge for any of his time or parts - something that would have never happened in the City - the service or the price. Six weeks later the rear view is still securely fastened and my memory of that moment is shared with many of my friends. Ashcroft is blessed to have Quality Glass and Tire. Me and my family where on our way back from a trip for thanksgiving. We had a tire start to separate and had to stop in Ashcroft and stay in a motel for the night until we could get the tire fixed. Quality glass and tire got us right in as soon as we called. They had the tires we needed. We where expecting a big bill and the cost of the stay in the motel we where pretty stressed about it. They where so friendly and didnt even charge us for putting the tires on the car it was the price they quoted us for the tires plus tax. We where so happy to get the bill and it wasn't an arm and a leg. We live in 100 Mile but I would love to come back to this business in the future. Very very happy with their services and customer service. What a wonderful place!!!

Honest people making an honest living, it's good to see a business run like this. They did a great job replacing the windows in my house, giving me quality work at a good price. I'm very happy with how this job turned out.I have also needed for truck tire services on several occasions, this company goes the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.I have no reservations recommending Quality Glass & Tire.

I stopped in today because I was sure that I over filled my tires with air. I was embarrassed, but both people I spoke to were very kind. My car was quickly and generously serviced and I was even shown where my tire information is located. I will be back for all future needs. Thank you all very much!

Great service, knowledgeable, honest. I have had purchased multiple tires, had to get a window put in my house, always very professional, they go out of their way to help. Highly recommend these guys.

Replaced my car windshield, very well done, Collin was professional and pleasant. Another older women who worked cashier was rude and of no help. When she talked on the phone she was condescending and didn't offer advice or product information for different types of windshields. When I visited the store she was short and cranky. I only continued to do business with them because Collin was a nice guy. Also they don't offer any warranty on their windshields, although places in Kamloops offer one year warranty.

Had a sliding window out of my RV repaired. After watching You Tube Videos, reading RV forums etc. everyone said you had to remove the entire window assembly from the RV to replace the glass and slider. Well Quality Glass suggested they set up the window but not actually adhere the glass to the frame, so I could install the frame (bend it in) then install the glass. That was brilliant and saved me hours and hours of work and headache and worked like a charm. Thank You
