I normally get all my equipment rentals from BC Rentals. And I've always been treated well.Last week I went to another company who wanted my business and it was a huge mistake. The other company had the wrong delivery time and charged me double what BC Rentals charges.Needless to say, BC Rentals is my go-to place for equipment rentals. The other companies suck.Thank you BC Rentals for being an honest and stand up company.

The staff at BC Rentals are amazing !! I have to call on them for equipment often last minute and they have never let me down. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment .The equipment is very well maintained . I would recommend them in a heart beat .

This companys bucket lift broke while being used on my building. They chose to store it in my neighbours parking spot, and block access to 4 other parking spots. It has been in that position for 3 days now and is likely to remain for the long weekend. It has been vandalised, by a minimum of two different artists" and it appears that our local pigeons have chosen to build a nest in the interior. I would suggest avoiding this company."

Not the easiest parking lot to get in and out of, but they have a large bay door in the alley which is pretty handy.Staff seems to know what they're doing, equipment is always in good shape

I've used BC rentals for over 1 year and every time I rent from them there is some sort of problem either the equipment malfunctioned, the delivery person forgot accessories or the price quoted to me was incorrect. Heed my warning when I say they will always help you and be ready to assist as long as you're willing to pay.. that's what they call customer service. I now deal with the rental company who provides their customers with white glove treatment, stay away from this garbage. Don't let the upbeat positive attitude guy on the phone fool you... he will only help you if you're willing to pay.
