I brought my car in last week and picked it up today. Allen did an amazing job fixing the damages on my car. It looks just like new! I am very satisfied with my experience. Allen also offered very reasonable price and great service - he also got an easy going attitude which made this so much easier. I will definitely refer family and friends. Me and my brother have been taking our cars to Allen for years now. He is extremely knowledgeable, ethical and fair. I am leaving this review here because Allen is extremely hardworking which I think needs to be acknowledged.Just go to his auto repair shop once and you'll understand why I am taking the time to praise him and his character.

I trusted the wrong place. He told me he would fix the pulling of the steering wheel and he charged me 200 dollars to change a part that attaches to the faulty tire as well as alignment. but he delivered the car in a worse condition! I can not even take my hands off the wheel for a second now, it would go to right immediatley. when I told him that it is not fixed, he said oh it needs alignment again would cost another 120 dollars! although he claimed before that he has done alignment. do not go to him. he is a big SCAM!!!

To have a happy life, you need to have a dentist, an accountant and an auto technician. If you haven't got a good auto technician on your side, visit this repair shop ASAP. This is the best one man auto repair shop in whole Burnaby. The technician there is very talented. Very friendly and honest. No attitude. I love going to this place!
