Chaz was super friendly, asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and got me financing.I realized after only driving it very short time that there was a major issue with my car. Chaz worked tirelessly to get my car into the shop and repaired. He worked with shop to ensure everything was taken care and I had nothing out of pocket to worry about.

Chas is a very honest sales man and goes the extra mile to get you what you want. He got me out of 2019 jeep cherokee and into a 2021 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 and my payments only went up 40 dollars a month. I would highly recommend visiting Chas if you are looking for a different vehicle.

We were in today, dealing with a guy named Alec. He was a great pleasure to deal with! However, who ever that big guy is with the bald head and blue eyes (i think his name was Nick?) was so absolutely and repulsively rude that we decided it was time to leave. I know that one bad apple doesnt condemn the whole tree, but I sure hope he has some sort of repercussion. As somebody who is willing to sink thousands of dollars into buying a vehicle from a dealership, i believe that Im entitled to at least a shred respect. I typically don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but the customer service from Nick was so awful that I figured I should. Dealing with Alec was great, in fact Im hoping to continue dealing with him another day, but Nick could really use a customer service refresher, thats for sure!

What can I say about these guys, they were all so helpful, felt like family. Big Joe was amazing, he came and picked me up from the ferries and made sure I made it from A to B in one piece. He also went above an beyond with helping fill out paperwork and get my ducks in a row. Chas has as an amazing team. Very happy with my car, it was so easy, didn’t need to check out other cars cause the first one was awesome, not that the others wouldn’t have been awesome. Definitely going back when I need an upgrade, and also going to be referring them over any other place.
