Great location. Nice rooms. Exterior entrance of the hotel smells like urine.Needs a good pressure wash.

The experience at this hotel was really disappointing. When you arrive, it is difficult to figure out where to park and where to enter for check-in. I was told multiple times by the front desk that the hotel does not own the nearby parking facility which does not give peace of mind when parking.Besides the parking, the room itself was beautiful but poorly kept. The bed didn't have sheets on it and I had to call down to the desk to get them. When they brought sheets to my room, they just left them there and I had to make the bed myself. Another person I was with did not have a working TV in their room.Another issue I experienced was the hotel putting additional holds on my credit card everyday. They added an extra 100 to 200 dollars in holds everyday. By the end of my visit they had almost 600 on hold. When I enquired about it, they said it was an error but were unable to fix it. I had to go to the front desk multiple times regarding this issue.The experience itself was bewildering. I have never experienced anything like this. If I have the choice, I will not be staying here again.

This hotel is conveniently located in Downtown in a mall. You every you need close by.The room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated, by far the best Delta hotel I stayed in.The only downside is that there was no microwave in the room, but they told me that I could request one.You have to pay for parking.There is a Cafe on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

Rooms are spacious and cozy. Bed is super comfortable. Shower is roomy and has the rain fall shower head. Has a mini fridge and 2 person sitting area.Front desk staff are just amazing and friendly.Parking is public and not secure. It is open to anyone. Which makes your car not safe. Very close walk to hotel. There is parking down a block that is secure and heated, which is better for pretty much the same price. It is walking distance from Roger's arena, and many restaurants. It is located in a mall, which is empty and closes early besides the landmark theater.Walking out of the hotel does not feel safe. There are tons of drifters roaming outside the hotel and the streets beside it. They will follow you and beg for everything as they tweek out.The hotel itself is secure and safe once inside.

I would never go back to this location anymore! Floor is just very dirty, dont try to step on it without socks or slippers. No comforter, called twice in housekeeping and frontdesk,they said there is no fresh comforter. For 2nights they didnt give us comforter. We only have sheets. Bath tub has hairs. I will still stay with marriott hotels, but not in this location. Ever!

Nice, clean, comfy and friendly staff. Attached to the City Centre Mall, you have a Dollarama and Timmy's in walking distance. Our stay was specific to a wedding held at JD Marriott, so short distances (literally one & a half blocks) were a must, without the JD Marriott prices. We had 3 people in our party, and the price difference between the 2 hotels, is worth a 1.5 block walk. Though it's still a pricey stay ($219 per night), I'd say that if you have any function happening in Rogers Place and you want a very close bed for a lower price, this is the best option. 3 person options at JD Marriott, will cost $100 to $200 more.One note, the parking garages are not controlled by the hotel but the hotel offers a billing of $35 per night to your room. But I believe if you go to the Inpark machine and pay with your credit card, you should be able to get the parking for cheaper than $35 per night, if staying for more that one night.

Checked in Dec 31 at 5. Called twice before 7 about needing more pillows. You can imagine what we paid for New Years Eve. Now imagine coming back after New Year Festivities to find no pillows. Phoned twice more around midnight and my husband took a trip down to front desk for them to say “Sorry, no pillows, here are extra blankets to use”. For a fancy downtown hotel at a fancy price, for front staff and management to be ok with customers using blankets as pillows was a huge disappointment. We do not treat ourselves often to hotels and the overall attitude of staff thinking we were absurd for being upset was beyond disappointing. Shame on you. Yes we did get a pillow at 1:30 am. We spent the beginning of 2023 in disbelief that our family paid $$$ but told we wouldn’t have pillows and ‘nothing they can do’. I’m still upset how they shrugged it off as if it was no big deal. We are talking hundreds a night here.

Stayed here this past weekend for my boyfriends birthday and it was great. We had the opportunity to upgrade our room for a discounted price and it was totally worth it. The room was beautiful and quiet. The restaurant on the third floor was also gorgeous and the food was amazing. Chris at the front desk was so attentive and kind, and brought a birthday treat to our room himself! He made our experience even better. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The room was in need of basic routine maintenance; there was wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, large scratches in the wallpaper where the chaise lounge has been rubbed against the wall, and an obvious patch job on the bathroom sink.The room was fairly clean, however it was quite obvious by the dirt buildup in the corners that it hasn't had a thorough cleaning in a while. When we unfolded the hide-a-bed there were crumbs in the bedding.The location is great for going to an event at Rogers Place.
