My wife got her blood test today for pregnancy to find out if she is pregnant or not in preparing for surgery the next day. The Requisition says urgent meaning the results should have come out fast. It is already almost midnight we don't know if we should cancel the surgery or proceed with the surgery coz the results is still pending. I am not sure if this life labs understand what the word URGENT means. I don't know what would happen if my wife proceeds with the surgery and the results came back positive for pregnancy it will ruin the chance for us to have our first child. Will this life labs bring that back?

Fast and efficient, especially if you book your appointment online first. I was nervous to have my blood drawn and the lab assistant who checked me in and took my blood was accommodating and compassionate.

Clean environment, high work efficiency, we make an appointment at 8:05, arrived in advance after checking, direct blood tests, the staff attitude kind, a face with a smile, but also patiently answer questions, the whole time did not exceed 30 minutes (30 minutes within the parking free)

In short, don’t trust any lab with new born bloodwork if they are not equipped with essential like heel warmer, unless you want to leave with agony, a broken heart, and a job undone.

Excellent service by the staff.My appointment was Tuesday 8:15am.It was my first visit to this 379 Church St lab.I was greeted very warmly by Rose when I walked in.Sashi did my bloodwork. She is kind and patient. Told her I’m afraid of needle. She distracted me by chatting with me. And in no time my bloodwork was done without me knowing.Thank you so much. You all made my day!

Worst life lab ever! Came before 9am for glucose test with an appointment. Called me at 9.30am saying there’s no drinks. Asking me to wait until 10.30am for the courier. Courier came but didn’t let me know until I asked them at 10.50am. Telling me the courier didn’t bring it. What a bad service and experience! Would give 0

Place doesn't have many people working, but if you make an appointment during the day, you will be done within 15 minutes. Been coming here for years and no issues. Avoid the Stouffville LifeLabs, that place is brutal with the meanest front desk ever. Management hasn't fired the person and she has been there since for years. Compared to that, this location is much better.

The LifeLabs locations closer to home had horrible reviews so I drove out of my way to this LifeLabs location and I am super happy I made that choice. I was in and out in 30 mins. Great customer service and friendly staff. Organized and clean. Highly recommend this location.

Earlier today, I had to visit the clinic for a blood test, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the two receptionists and the nurse that help draw my blood. To make things even smoother, I had registered for a LifeLabs account online and booked my appointment through the app. When I arrived, I was delighted to find that I only had to wait for about 5 minutes. The place was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and they even provided me with a Lab Visit number to access my report online. Overall, the experience was impressively efficient, and I left feeling thoroughly impressed.
