Their phone number doesn’t work! Hard to make an appointment. Arrive early for walk in, expect long wait time and subpar service…

Visited today to get my cats health certificate endorsed for travel, and had a great experience. The receptionist was so friendly, and the vet even took the time to confirm with me that I knew the next steps I had to complete to get my cat cleared through Panama customs. Thank you!

This location sucks. The only reason i’m giving 1 star is for the receptionist because she was polite and friendly. But overall this location shouldnt even have a star. The guy who assisted me with the paper. (i think he was the vet) was so rude. He refused to stamp my pet’s health certificate. The only explanation I got was because they don’t do it as US only requires Rabies Certificate. WHEN I LITERALLY EXPLAINED TO HIM AND TRYING TO SHOW HIM WHAT THAT STATE ASKED ME TO DO since it still depends on the state. I got it stamped and signed but not on this location. They explained to me thoroughly. Also its so hard to reach this location’s number. I had to call multiple times for me to get an appointment with them. I do not recommend this location

Had a more of less smooth experience. Anyone applying for pet export, please ensure you get all forms filled and signed by the registered vet first in Blue ink only (v.imp). If all paperwork is in order it is pretty quick.

Hi there, I am actually in a horribly hectic situation and cannot contact the offices as it is the weekend. My flight with my dog is Monday at 12:30pm and I still need his health certificate authenticated but I do not have an appointment...I am unsure if an appointment is needed but I have no choice but to arrive at 8am sharp on Monday and hope they will see me on a drop-in basis. He is my emotional support animal and it’s my first time traveling with him and I am so scared I won’t be able to fly with him...Does anyone know if there is someone there mon-fri 8-4 to process health certificates? Thanks so much

They work for the government, so don’t expect any kind of customer service from them. Went to get my dog’s health certificate certified and I followed every step required. I’ve done this 3 times over the last 4 years so I know how this works. This time around, some guy named Athavan Thangarajah gave me a hard time because the dog’s health certificate from the vet didn’t have his birthdate on it. I made it clear I understood why he needed to verify this, but what’s annoying is the inconsistency. The other people I’ve dealt with have never required proof of the dog’s birthday, as it’s already filled out in the form, so why is he? Luckily I had an invoice from a previous vet visit that had this information. Overall just a rude guy who was doing his job, but if he’s going to ask for this, everyone else should to. If you want us to get all this information correctly, then make sure you’re staying consistent too. Also, there’s people out there who don’t even know their dog’s birthday, so why is this the thing you’re giving me such a hard time. Airlines won’t let you fly with a dog less than 8 weeks, so my dog is obviously going to be older. I flew with my dog 4 months ago, and I showed him the previous certified CFIA form that was certified by one of his co-workers without asking for the birthday, so why’s this an issue now? Get a grip and learn some customer service skills, especially if you’re working for the government.
