Our family has been going to Spectrum Dental Centre for over 10 years. Just like many other reviews, I will mention the exceptional team lead by Dr.Calvin Chan. It starts with the ladies in the front and goes to everyone in the back. They are all highly skilled and professional , yet warm and friendly. You definitely feel the comfort of this group of people working together that makes your dental visit a very relaxed experience. The human factor is big but let's not forget the visual - the whole clinic is very tastefully decorated (apparently strongly influenced by Dr.Chan's wife). Everything feels very up-to-date, yet not pretending to be the luxury we cannot afford. Up-to-date seems also be the norm for Dr.Chan and his staff, their skills, tools and technology used.Thank you Spectrum Dental Centre for providing such a great dental care to all of us !!

It is important to build a long-term relationship with your dentist. Recently moved from Calgary AB, I decided to pick Dr. Calvin Chan at Spectrum Dental after checking Google Reviews of numerous dentists. One dentist even asked for $170 so as to give me a Dental Implant quote. Ethics is questionable with this downtown Richmond dentist. My first visit to get my quote has reassured me that I have found my replacement dentist. The office is clean & the staff is approachable. Dr. Chan is amiable, patient & dedicated to his profession. His Dental Implant quote was reasonable. As a temporary remedy to keep my smile, he even put back my broken crown at no charge. Bravo to Dr. Chan & his staff at Spectrum Dental... I strongly believe that I have found my dentist for all my future implants.

My review from yelp!!Be wary of this place this dentist is not following all the ethic boundaries of the dental association.they have made dangerous decisions and serious mistakes on my family's teeth. Great and friendly staff who know their stuff and get the job done. I have known Dr. Chan for many years, and he always does his best to give you the best care. The hygienists are incredibly friendly and do a great job. I have never been in pain and if I ever feel any discomfort, they have no problems stopping to check on you. Ruby is my favourite! The receptionists are also very friendly and take the time to chat with you while you wait on the comfy sofa outside.

I have been a client of the Spectrum Dental Centre for ten years. The quality of work and the integrity of all staff has always impressed me. Knowing that I required a considerable amount of work to be done on my teeth, Dr. Chan has always been clear to describe the processes, carefully explain options and NEVER pressured me to make a decision. Reception has always worked in my favour to see that my dental plan coverage is maximized. I would certainly recommend the Spectrum Dental Centre for children and adults as well as for those who have any kind of challenging issues with their dental care.

I absolutely love this dental office. I have moved away (many times) but I always make it back to Richmond specifically to visit Spectrum Dental for my routine checkups and I even drove from Whistler once for emergency dental work. Soso, Ruby and Dr Chan always make me feel so great and provide me with the best care! I feel badly that I didn't write a review sooner, but after nearly 10 years of being a patient... it's probably time. Thank you Spectrum Dental for always providing me with the best service, flattering me and for always accommodating me. 10 out of 10! I will never go anywhere else!!

Dr Chan and his staff are friendly, helpful and great at their jobs. Rubbie is an amazing hygienist and my appointments fly by as we catch up on each other's lives. She's very gentle on my teeth. Dr Chan has a good sense of humour and I trust him with my precious teeth.

Dr. Chan is a caring dentist. Upbeat personality, extremely knowledgeable, and always thinking in the best interests of the patient. He treats his staff with the utmost respect, and his staff are a reflection of his caring nature.

The services provided by Dr. Calvin Chan and his team (Soso and Rubbie) are both professional and excellent. I've recommended family, friends and coworkers to Spectrum Dental Centre over the past 10+ years without hesitation.Soso (Treatment Coordinator) is always friendly and welcoming. She has been accommodating when I've tried to make changes to my appointments and always quick to respond when I've had billing questions.Rubbie (Registered Dental Hygienist) is personable and professional. She is thorough and efficient, and will take the time to check in with you throughout the cleaning to make sure you're feeling okay.Dr. Calvin Chan makes it his priority to ensure his clients are comfortable and understand each procedure clearly so they are prepared. It's clear that he's passionate about dentistry and will always makes sure his clients are being treated with the most up to date and reliable dental procedures.I highly recommend Spectrum Dental Centre if you're looking for friendly and reliable service. They also have multiple Covid-19 safety measures in place right now- Clients are texted safety instructions the day before, temperature checks at the door, hand sanitizer available, and extra cleaning in place on equipment (x-ray machine and protective blanket was wiped down after use).

Dr Chan has been my dentist for many years now. Best Dentist I've ever had. He and his staff genuinely care about you. Always courteous and makes the extra effort to keep you at ease with any Dental procedure. Highly recommended.
