Oh my goodness -what a fabulous first!I took my 85 year old mom to Hygenic Smiles today for a cleaning. My mom wears dentures, but has 8 of her own bottom teeth. My mom was nervous as she has never had her teeth cleaned and hadn’t been to a dentist in over 60 years. Kim has such a warm and welcoming manner, combined with with a great sense of humour, which put my mom at ease.She was so patient and kind, explaining every instrument and every step of the process.Kim was very thorough, but very gentle. Additionally. she took the time to teach my mom proper brushing and flossing techniques. My mom was thrilled; I was relieved. I would highly recommend Hygenic Smiles - I wish I could give her a 10 star review!See you in 6 months Kim!
