This is only my second time ordering food here, and can I say, I think this is my favourite A&W. The food both times were super delicious. I ordered an Uncle Burger the first time and it was the best one I’ve had in a long time. Today I had a bacon n’ egger combo and when I pulled open the sandwich the cheese was really ooey gooey and tasted awesome. The restaurant itself was also super clean. I know where I’m going if I’m ever on the c-train and need a quick bite to eat.

I love this location. The staff are wonderful! Always helpful when I bring my little one with me. Food is always fresh and delicious. The location is clean. Would definitely recommend over the mcdonalds/tim hortons in the area!

I order buddy burger, sweet potato fries and diet root beer from Uber, the food was really good but they gave me the wrong drink, not happy with the service

Manager is very rude. Food was all burned and disgusting as shown in pictures. I got sick from eating here. Service and food is not up to the standards. I hope someone from A&W franchising come to check this place.

this is terrible, I dined here yesterday and decided to come back. The order was the same, but it was terrible, instead of three pancakes they brought me only one, horror. just yesterday they put jam, butter, and nut paste, today there was none of this, they also didn’t put a straw for water, how to drink from a closed glass ???? the burger was cold!!! what did i pay for?????? I won't be coming here again and I don't recommend this place!

I really like the staff here especially the cashier she was very kind, I also got a takeout bag that had a hand written note on it. Definitely could tell they care about the service. Excellent job!

Great-tasting fast food and pretty excellent service every time I have been here, but in a teensy tiny, awkwardly laid out way-undersized restaurant, with an equally awkward entrance that has barely any room to try and figure out where or if there is a lineup of guests who have not ordered yet to embarrassingly join! The location is great being next to the C-train, but they definitely could use a minimum of twice the square footage to make a person feel welcome to stay and dine rather than feel like they are loitering or somehow else overstaying their welcome in this cramped space. As if that were not bad enough...believe it or not, I've often seen little sections blocked off with unprofessional, homemade-looking signs &/or stantions, (perhaps it's their attempt to curb what they may feel are undesirable customers from staying too long? yet this seems to take place many hours ahead of closing time?) that even further reduce: what little dining space there is, any amount of comfort that could be overimagined while dining, or any thought process of any word-of-mouth positive promotion from happening!So if you are hungry, on the run, and don't want to/have time to dine in... great place to go, but if you plan on sitting down with even one" other person or family member
