FROGBOX Fraser Valley

Fantastic service provided by Fogbox Fraser Valley. They went above and beyond to rectify a clerical mistake made by the Vancouver branch. I would recommend anyone who is moving to use these boxes. They come sanitized, are easy to use, no need for tape or cardboard, uniform in size and easily maneuverable, all at reasonable prices.

Used them recently to move. Bins were dropped off with confirmation calls before, everything was clean. Pickup was just as easy, they checked in before to make sure we were actually ready for pickup. These made moving so much easier, we'll never be going back to boxes!

Fantastic experience. Moving is hard enough, but the boxes were delivered/picked up on time and were clean and in good condition. Allowed for easy loading, stacking and great protection of the contents.I would 100% recommend them.

I really enjoyed the simplicity of frogbox! I had them delivered just over 3 weeks before my move and then picked up 5 days after. It was the perfect amount of time and I highly recommend their service. If I ever move again, I will definitely be using frogbox!!!

These boxes are much better than cardboard boxes because: stonger, no tape, can get into box after you've packed it if you need to for some reason, saves time packing and unpacking because no tape and no compressing boxes after (they just stack into each other), saves your movers time so they charge you less so you save $$, saves space on the truck since they stack on top of each other, less chance of dropping because they have strong handles to grab and they stack on top of each other and don't slide around like cardboard boxes, Service was friendly and efficient on the phone as well as delivery guys! Dropped off and pick-up when they said they would. Would highly recommend!

The delivery & pick up of boxesEfficient. Movers do not like the boxes -to heavy-before you pack your stuff in. Will not use them again based on movers comments.

The whole process was super easy from booking and receiving them to having them pick them up from my new place. They stack nicely which helped a lot. The team was great and allowed me to keep extending my time. This is my second time using them and will definitely used them again.

At first, I decided to rent it simply because the box looks strong so that I don't have to buy expensive protection materials. However, after my moving was completed, I found the Frogbox was designed to save the truck interior space. Due to its uniform size, it uses from the bottom to the top of the truck space. And it saves loading & unloading time as well. The drop off and pick up appointment was done right on time. From the box to their service, I loved it.
