I have used Pixilink for over a decade and have never been disappointed in the quality of the photos and videos they have produced for my various listings. The videos, in particular, have always been artistic and of the highest of quality.. A recent video on a local property has brought accolades from both the Seller and prospective clients across the country. Pixilink has an easy online system and booking both the measurements and the photographer is easy to coordinate. Their 24 hour delivery has been infallible for me over the years.

My listing has no electricity and I was able to find someone for photos with the help of the receptionist. She sent a message to several photographers who then responded and she emailed me everything they said. It was fantastic! The only reason for 4 stars is this is an affordable company and therefore no extras, like tracking, statistics, etc. Good photos.

I was a loyal customer for listing photography and floorplan services for a few years and in my experience there are pros and cons to working with Pixilink. Scheduling is reliable and convenient and the functionality of their feature sheet generating software is great. However, I found that the quality of work and attention to detail of the photographers can be a bit sporadic.I'm moving on from Pixilink after my recent experience where one of their photographers missed a room during listing photography. The photographer was unwilling to return to get a shot of the room and suggested it was something I had to work out with Pixilink and I would need to order a re-shoot". There was zero accountability from Pixilink and their response was that I had to work it out with the photographer but that they would offer me a $25 discount on a re-shoot. Bye Bye Pixilink."

alpha Creative was an excellent firm to deal with ... photos and floor plan were done together during the same appointment time also which was a bonus.
