I tried ordering from cartly and they didn't deliver two of my items despite charging me for the whole order. I contacted them three times and have yet to receive a response. I waited two weeks for them to get back to me giving them sufficient time to look into the matter. But no response was given. I asked for my money back or the missing two items but nothing yet. I guess they waited for me to give them a bad review.

After reading the reviews, I was very hesitant about placing my first purchase with this company. My fears grew when I received my order and I received less than what I ordered. I emailed them to inform them an item was missing and my refund was processed quickly (by the next day). I will definitely recommend this site and order again.

They are thieves. I purchased items from them several times, they deliberately miss a few items and yet they charge. If you don't check then your money is gone. After I told them that they missed an item, they said we processed your refund and then they took that money back. Trust these negative reviews, they are true. I ignored them an now suffering. I followed up with them several times for refund and they chose to ignore it. They literally send rotten food items, sometimes flies and sometimes stones in grocery items. I will never buy anything from them ever. Look at the how carefully they delivered. PATHETIC PEOPLE!!

Will try to stay away as much as I can. Raised a concern about an onion spoilt on delivery and was treated with suspicion and no action taken by the customer care. They don’t care for customers concerns and have a long way to go in terms of dealing with queries. And of course , quality of goods is a suspect based on my experience.

Worst customer service ever, no one to contact they won’t reply to the issues raised. Shows as delivered but doubt the delivery guy just stole my order.

Every time I order Grocery I'm happy with products, price and packing. This time I'm so disappointed with packing. If you pack bread, milk, few vegetables and fruits in one bag can you imagine what will happen (breads & salt box got squeezed, etc..) So I gave 2 stars less for packaging.

I like how easily I can navigate in the website and pick my desired items. I like the scheduling part as well and like how time and again discount coupons are offered too.I have one feedback though please do not display those items which is not in stock. It gets disappointing to not see those items on delivery day.
