It's 6:08 our appointment was for 4 pm. Definitely not impressed so far. Waiting room is full. Multiple times called in for different info each time. Still waiting to have an ultrasound and then have to wait for results.Edit: PSA, don't review someone hangry.Dr Nour and his staff are awesome. Definitely worth waiting for, just always remember to bring snacks and things to do.In total we were there for 3 1/2 hrs and they even did a biopsy.Overall we are glad we stayed!

Terrible wait time. Like how about just book fewer people in. And I don’t appreciate my illness being joked about.

After they called and asked me to come in even earlier for my appointment I arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested altered time. The receptionist asked me to wait in my car and she said she would call me when it was time to come in. I waited almost two hours without receiving a phone call I decided to call the office at this point and got a message detailing that due to Covid their new hours they would close at 5 PM. At this time it was 4:50 PM so I went inside and asked her how much longer it would be. To which replied we still have a two hour and 15 minute wait. She never told me that to begin with and I responded I have to be at work for 6 o’clock, may I reschedule. She kind a looked at me dumbfounded and to be honest I don’t know what was said after but it resulted in me saying never mind I’ll find a new doctor. I have been going to him for many years and I will gladly leave a one star review because he does not respect your time I cannot comment poorly on his credibility as a doctor but I do know that it is more than just the brains that makes a doctor good.I will be requesting a new doctor and will have no sleepless nights with regret letting Dr. Nour be a part of my past.Respect goes a long way. Time management does also. A simple apology or truthfulness on how far behind he was would have made my upset seemSilly and misplaced.Perhaps too the receptionist should try to be a bit more understanding of how the patients time is valuable and be more upfront with the wait time.

Was wrongly prescribed medication by the nurse practitioner. Ended up in the hospital. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

Level of care is good wait time is horrendous, 3 hours each time I’ve had an appointment the windows were blown by 3 hours, when I inquired what alternatives there was to be able to meet this, was told it happens, not much can be done, see a different doctor unless you have infinite time

One of the worst medical office I have experienced in my entire life in Canada - I am sure dr. Rabih Nour not a ware how bad his office is - the office mangment reminded me of a third world country !!

Literally the kindest, most understanding, and compassionate Endocrinologist in the entire City of Windsor. I wouldn't trade him for the world, he always makes sure I'm taken care of. His receptionists and nurses are incredible staff as well and deserve to be applauded, especially in today's toxic medical industry. Dr. Nour simply shines above all the rest!

As much nice that the Doctor and the staff is and how good experts they are, in the four years I go to this practice, I'm lucky if it only takes 1h to see the doc. You have to book an appointment, but they are always very late. Most of the times you will have to wait 2-3hrs.The last time there was no seats available and a lot of seniors, this is not nice.A couple of times the doctor (you can tell is so tired and late) that he does not spend much attention on your exams, skips some exams, and spends 5 min with you.Please Improve your process. Clearly you can't take this many patients in one day.

My wife went to see him January 23Said he would send referral for her to get a shotTook until July 5 and multiple phone calls to finally get the referral inNow we get to wait another 6 months to get the appointment

While the wait times can be long, it’s 100% worth the wait to see Dr. Nour. Besides, what medical office doesn’t have a ridiculous wait time?The doctor is thorough, kind, respectful and extremely intelligent. I don’t mind waiting because he’s just a pleasure to visit.
