I had a great experience at this service canada location.Every thing went smooth and staff was super helpful & welcoming.Passport application process took 20 mins as i already booked the appointment. If you don’t want to wait for hours , don’t go without an appointment.They have free parking and shopping complex right opposite ( Cambridge central mall) which was great if some one who is accompany you to service canada.I live in mississauga and it was easy to commute via Go bus (25) from square one which goes closer to this location. Keep some change ( coins) for Cambridge transit as presto will not work.Overall i like the location , staff & service.Recommended!!

Arrived at 8:10 and lined up at 8:15. Two people in front of me. I had 2 passports to process. The receptionist was so friendly and the clerk who helped me was very very nice. We chatted the whole time. In and and out in less than an hour.

Very well run location. Clean, organized and efficiently run. Was greeted upon entry and was quickly processed inside. Took less than an hour as a walk in off the street to wait in line outside, come in and be seated, and then process multiple passports in a kiosk with an agent. The woman at the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She proof read all the passport forms I filled out to make sure my experience with the agent would go smoothly. The agent I had was knowledgeable and friendly. He processed my paperwork quickly. Best government institution experience I've ever had. I recommend coming in the morning before 10 am as there was no line when I arrived at 9 am and no line when I left at 10 am.

If you show up with ALL of the right documents, your experience will be smooth. I had 5 passports to process. There was NO wait the day I went, the staff including the people at the front who greeted me were extremely delightful. I would 100% recommend coming to this location. Thank you for making this experience nothing but amazing. Props to the staff, you're doing a great job!

The woman on the phone I spoke with today was extremely rude and very impatient with me. The details she gave me were so vague she talked so fast I couldn’t understand her. When I asked her questions, she very rudely said “I told you that already. She had a very rude and unprofessional manner about her.When I asked her her name she started to argue with me, became very rude and started yelling at me.She was very argumentative rude what a terrible experience for me.Her name is Joanna, I can’t believe you have people like her working with people and for the government.

The staffs where super helpful and I got my SIN number in exactly after 10 mins of entering the office.

Got to the centre at 8:05am, (centre opens at 8:30am), there were 4 people in front of me and a line building behind me of 4-5 people, was able to get my new adult passport and be out by 9:05am which isn't the worse thing in the world. Julie was fantastic, the lady at the front desk was great in guiding me through what I was missing from my passport application and she nice as well, staff seemed like they were trying their best. Can see how it can get very busy and how wait times can be very slow during busier times due to the data entry that needs to be done by staff.

The staff are decent and they mean well. Some circumstances are out of their control.Slow service and can’t meet deadlines.

Me and my wife went to this location for my kid's first passport application with appointment. The security guard was a bit weird in behaviour and was getting frustrated on people for just walking in because there was no board of line up or saying, We have enough people inside".
