U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The people in North Battleford were great. It is U haul the company that is $h!t..Not happy. We reserved and I confirmed twice the day before for our pick up at 11 in the morning.When I got there the truck was not there. They called the person. I left , came back 20 mins or so and they called again. Then was told it would be 2 hours. Long story short, Uhaul moved our reservation to the next morning!!!They confirmed the move by TEXT!! Confirmed my a$$. So the truck is suppose to back at 6 p.m. a lady from the store called me at 8 p.m. and still not back. The person said will be back tomorrow by 8 a.m. All I have been offered is $50 so far. This is bull $#it!!

Not very satisfied with u haul. When I booked online, there was a 6x12 enclosed trailer available, so i booked that one. That trailer would of been great to haul our stuff in 2 loads. So on Thursday I received a call that the 6x12 was not available and our only choice was a 4x8 enclosed. Or we could drive to Llyodminster to pick up a 6x12, not ideal for us. So we pick up the little trailer and went to the storage unit. Now we have to borrow another vehicle to help with the move. I paid to fill up my vehicle and the other vehicle, we are making our third trip now and still have at least one more load. This moving trip has cost me three times the money now!!!! The site should only show what is available the day of booking. Very unhappy and mad at uhaul.

Placing this here for the customer service number as I have not dealt with this office. We rented a 6 X 12 trailer and was called to advise this may not be available last week. Then they change it too as 5X8 trailer. I advised this was not satisfactory same thing I told them last week. They advised well sales could help me find one in the next closest town that would have one two ha away. I said and that will be delivered to me oh no you have to drive to get it and drop it back off where it was rented or pay a fortune. Customer service - 10 horrible. So you expect your customer to pay extra as you can’t guarantee what you rent will be there. Last time I ever use them.
