IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN.BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE IF YOUR FUNITURE BREAKS!! THEY WILL NOT FIX OR REPLACE MY CHAIR THAT BROKE 2 MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT. THEY TOLD ME TO HAVE FUN LIVING WITH A BROKEN CHAIR!!

As a person who works in customer service I find good customer service extremely important when making any kind of purchase. I’ve been shopping for furniture and went to multiple stores but due to Ryan and Ricky’s outstanding customer service, product knowledge and patience my search was over after visiting Surplus Furniture. They answered all my questions, didn’t make me feel pressure and assisted in finding me exactly the pieces I needed promptly and effectively. The gentlemen who work in the back got my large order prepared & loaded into the truck pretty fast considering I just purchased and was able to take everything I could home that day.Thank you for restoring my faith in furniture store workers & making this large purchase stress free and a very positive experience.

I've dealt with Surplus Furniture on multiple occasions. It's the reason I keep going back because I always have a very positive experience there. The last time I was back here, I ordered a Kitchen Table set. The assistant Manager Ryan was extremely helpful with me in all aspects of my experience. Very polite, friendly, and professional. He was able to answer any questions I had about anything with ease as well. I returned a few weeks later to order a Sectional from him. He wasn't there that day but all of his staff were friendly and assisted me with professionalism. I returned again a few weeks later and dealt with Ryan again to purchase 2 bedroom sets and a coffee table end table set. Because of Covid, some items were not available right away and yes I had to wait, but this was no fault of the location, it was the actual manufacturers who were backed up. However, the staff and especially Ryan were very good at keeping me informed at when my pieces were coming in, updating me regularly and were very helpful with certain financing aspects, warranty, backorder information, and any other questions I had during my experience. They would call me with updates, or if I called them always answered the phone professionally and would answer all my questions. I would 100% return to this location and purchase more products in the future and Ryan is extremely pleasant to deal with.

In store experience was great. Delivery was delayed. I was upset about that. But, once I received Delivery. The new sofa and Swivel rocker recliner are great. Pricing is very competitive and worth a look. They also have stock. I wasn't waiting weeks like i would've otherwise.The Delivery guys went above and beyond. Although I was upset about the delay. I understand stuff happens. They'll make it happen though.

Ryan Clement made my furniture shopping so quick and easy! This is not a task I enjoy! Very friendly, courteous and informative. Stayed within my budget as requested. Dabulous customer service! Definitely would recommend others to go see him for furniture needs!

Bought a couch & dining room set.The pieces to connect the sectional, were not attached. Holes were stripped.The hardware was all missing for the table. Was told it could be weeks for the hardware to come in, and weeks to get my money back so returning was pointless.The GM never even called me back! Super unimpressed. The quality is not worth the price. The table is already chipping, I got a sliver from the chair, where nothing had happened. Chipped on its own. Paint is coming off. I've only had this for a month.That being said. Brennans customer service was amazing!!! Everytime I have been there he has been great.Zach & the GM were not helpful at all. Had to go buy all the hardware myself. And won't be buying anything there again after all that

Surplus Furniture is my number one choice to buy furniture. It's so nice to be able to buy furniture in stock and have it delivered within hours (like the good ol' days). Steph and Zach really helped me out to resolve an issue with my recent purchase. They went the extra mile to accommodate an old lady. I really appreciate their efforts. Many thanks!! I'll be back. :)

I knew what I wanted before entering the store to see if they had anything close. Ryan was so polite and helpful my decision was made! So happy with the service and price. Will continue to give them my business as well as referrals.
