Everything went well... I needed 2 keys made, ordered 2, then found out that I could have had the second key for 50% off instead of full price. Left me feeling cheated. And, what's the reason for the extra charge to get a better" key? Does that mean that your normal key is substandard? Left me feeling cheated again. I tested the keys when I got home and they worked fine."

I think for the price you pay for a duplicate key is way too expensive through the KeyMe system. I feel if you go to a hardware store and have it cut by a customer service agent, it would be way cheaper. The other thing I didn't care for is, the keys feel like they are made out of a very light weight medal like aluminum. I think for the price, the customer should get a key that is made from a much stronger medal.
