I visited Dr. Hsiao for the first time. He is by far the worst physician I have ever visited. He visited almost 30 patients in just one hour, he did not even allow me to talk about my symptoms more than 30 sec. At the end he referred me to a specialist who does not work in Vancouver anymore!! Just stay at home if you plan to see him, the outcome for sure would be better for you!

I would give this Dr. less than a 1 if I could. The worst I have ever come across. I came in with an eye problem, waited for over an hour, just before I went in he let some Pharma reps jump the line ahead of me spent nearly 10 minutes talking to them. Then when he seen me, he spent less than a minute looking at my eye and asking me questions, diagnosed it as an eye infection, prescribed what he said were antibiotic drops (but also had steroids in them). A few weeks later the problem was not gone so I went to a different Dr (at cross roads) who got me into see an eye specialist that day.....who basically said this Dr must not know how to use a microscope because the problem was merely a hair...but the steroid drops caused my eye to enlarge a bit causing the hair to scratch my cornea and destabilize my eye muscle making it difficult to focus my left eye, which now means I need eye surgery (according to the specialist I seen on Wednesday)....all because he was to lazy to look through a microscope and pull the hair out of my eye :-(. Ohhh and I am a professor who needs to read students papers/exams and recent research to keep up to date so he has also severely impacted my ability to work efficiently....or even type this message!

This is the second time I try to go to this clinic. The first time they didn't want to see my baby because it was already closed. Even when I came an hour earlier and the baby had a very high temperature. Second time they tell me they do not take patients any more. Isn't it what walk in clinics are for? Perhaps you want to change your name and do not call it a walk in clinic so we do not waste our time with your rude staff.

Try to avoid this place at all cost!!! Absolutely horrible experience! Went in because I had a fever that lasted almost three days, when I walked in, the reception did not even acknowledge me, she was chatting with another patient (whom I assume is also her friend), they were talking about their life and where to go for their vacation together)... I understand and respect the doctor is very busy and I was ok to wait there, but when I approached the reception, I said “hello good morning...” I didn’t even get to finish my sentence, she rolled her eyes and said “not u yet, sit down and wait”. And she continues to chat with her friend for another 15 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I met the doctor, he was pretty nice but he spent 99% of the time asking where I’m from where is my family and where do I work etc... he quickly checked my throat and just prescribed me antibiotics. I felt very worried that he didn’t spend more than two minutes checking my body, and I’m not sure if I should listen to him and take the medicine. I’m going to another clinic this afternoon just to make sure what exactly is happening to me, overall waste of time and I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Probably the best walk-in experience I've ever had. I chose to come here due to the google/yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did.Reception was prompt and polite, something you don't see often at most clinics. The wait was a bit longer than expected (a little over an hour) but you could tell that Dr. Hsiao is very approachable and attentive to your concerns. I would highly recommend visiting Centrepoint to others!

After seeing the reviews I was a bit nervous going to this clinic. I went in as a walk in patient and was seen in 15 minutes. Just in for prescriptions.Dr was polite enough and gave helpfull Information.

Dr Hsiao has been my family doctor for 26 years. Always helpful with anything I come to him with. He is friendly and personable. I still see him till this day

Not the best doctor. I came in because I felt sad and tired. I tried to explain what's was wrong. Dr shut me down right away, telling me that I need a family doctor. He didn't try to take a look at me. Even though I came multiple times before and told me that my iron level is very low. He finally gave me a family doctor number (who didn't get the best rate either) and told me he might" take new patients."

Had nothing but bad diagnosis from this clinic. Just learned the problem for which I wanted an MRI was a fully torn ACL. The doctors sent me for physical therapy, then an Xray and considered it solved when I was improving". After 6 months I finally got them to write an MRI and was told by central intake that they're not even licensed and therefore couldn't do that. I ended up having to pay for my own. If you have anything other than a cold
