Took boat in as I noticed oil coming from lower leg on new motor (bought boat/motor new from mb). It was a warranty issue and they got it fixed, was happy with the response from them and keeping me informed about my boat while it was in their shop. They lost a star due to them having to do an oil change but it got lost in translation and never got done when I picked it up, but they were very accommodating to get it back in at end of season to complete without making me wait. Also the tool required to fix motor had to be ordered in since it was a new motor and they never had one yet. I definitely recommend a&e motorsports to people.

Trying to track down a part for our sled, she was so very helpful, and all the while I felt like I was talking to a dear friend from the Maritimes. Old fashioned customer service DOES exist. Took 6 months to fix my 2021 kioti tractor.3 months alone to take an oil sample.Dont buy a KIOTI there horrible to deal with!!Do not buy from a&e if you need to service the unit in a timely manner!!!Stick with something reputable that can actually get serviced in your area in a reasonable time.A&E Never sent the requested quotes or pictures in 6 months. Communication is via txt “when it works”.Wanted a new cab, Never got the quote. had a service bulletin warranty repair was totally forgotten about for 6 months.. that took another couple weeks.i Just got the runaround here so be careful.It will cost you lots of downtime, money and stressI Should have just bought another tractor and burned the kioti in my driveway for almost the same cost at this point and actually had a tractor all winter….BRUTAL EXPERIENCE!!!!
