Sedona Power Washing

My 3rd floor balcony is awkward and hard to access. Sedona did an amazing job bringing life back into my dingy area; it looks brand new! I appreciate the care and level of effort they put into ensuring the patio was spotless; even hand scrubbing rust spots from the concrete. I was worried about my downstairs neighbor, who is a bit of an over-complainer, freaking out about water spots (even though my strata approved my cleaning), so Lance went down and washed the patio glass of the neighbor below after he had completed my job. Amazing customer service. Will use again!

Lance at Sedona was excellent and really went above and beyond to do an outstanding job. First, I contacted 3 companies for quotes and Sedona was the only company willing to come see the job as it was tricky to quote via remote satellite imaging. Secondly, we had agreed to just do the entrance by the front door but once that was done it left an obvious line in the driveway. When I asked Lance he immediately told me ‘it was on him’ since he thought it would work so he would do the entire (large) driveway at his expense- wow! The job took longer than expected so they had to come back which they did the very next day. They were kind, cheerful and professional. I would definitely recommend Lance and Sedona Power Washing.

Highly recommend this company for all pressure washing jobs. They are super professional, great customer service and so well priced. Last year my patio, home and surroundings that faces north was so green with grime I tried everything to get it off and the mess I had to clean up after was not fun. Hired them this year and job well done!! The clean up you did afterwards.. my neighbors were all so impressed. Thank you for saving me days of scrubbing and cleaning. It was so nice to come home and just sit back and enjoy.

I needed quick service, and reached out to Sedona in the evening hours. Lance replied that same night and gave us a proposal shortly thereafter. He was able to arrive on-site the next day, as promised, and completed the job to our satisfaction. We will definitely use Sedona's services in the future.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Sedona Powerwashing. Lance responded to my emails very fast and arranged for the technician to come during the same week I sent the emails.They provided an excellent service in cleaning the gutters on our fourplex and there were no surprises on the invoice....it was exactly as quoted. The technician took photos so that I could see the condition of the eavestroughs and did a great job of cleaning them and then cleaned up the debris after completion. I would certainly recommend Sedona if you're looking for a quality job from friendly folks at a very reasonable price!- Abby

What great service we had with Sedona power washing! Lance was able to fit us into his busy schedule and make our house sparkle again! He did an amazing job on our rock walls and driveway. Lance at Sedona is excellent and really went above and beyond to do an outstanding job. I have had him out at my house a couple times for various things, gutter cleaning as well as power washing. He was willing to come out give a visual quote as my roof lines, gutters and retaining walls present a more complex quote than a dollar per sqft quote. Highly recommend Lane and Sedona Power Washing.
