I’m in love with my new countertops! They have really taken my Kitchen to the next level. StoneLab did a phenomenal job!! We visited the showroom while it was still a work in progress but they still had tons of selection and the floor to ceiling slabs definitely made our choice easier since we could really see what the patterns were like. Christine made the process super easy and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They are true professionals, I would highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

We used Stone Lab to install a new countertop and backsplash in our kitchen and powder room. It was great to visit the storefront in Burlington to view samples in person. Victoria in the store was great with helping us select a new modern-ish quartz for our countertop. The quote was turned around quickly, and the price was right in line with other quotes we had received. We were even given samples to take home with us to see in person at our house, this was very helpful. The removal of our existing countertop and backsplash was quick and the crew did a great job cleaning up. The install of the countertop went well and much care was taken to clean up afterwards. We hadn't realized there would need to be additional measurements taken for the backsplash following the countertop installation, but this was absolutely worth it to make sure everything lined up perfectly. The installers did a great job with small details, and were very helpful in guiding us for cuts for the sink prior to installation, and faucets on the day of installation. The experience and professionalism was much appreciated. The warranty they provide is also something I have a great deal of confidence in vs others. I'd highly recommend Stone Lab - we will likely be back again the next time we need work done!

Our experience with Stone Lab by Khachi was amazing! From the initial meeting with Judy to the installation of the counters the service was first class. The selection of counters was extensive and with the guidance of the Stone Lab team we were able to make an informed decision. Our counter with continuous backsplash looks fantastic and is a great feature of the kitchen. The kitchen island counter looks great too! My wife and I went through a kitchen renovation during covid-19 which had its difficulties. Being in the construction industry, I am familiar with the struggles of material shortages, delayed shipping and manufacturing etc. Not having dealt with Stone Lab before, we decided to use them based off of reviews and show room quality. Celine which was our main point of contact during the process was phenomenal. She was quick to respond when we had questions, detailed when it came to explanations, transparent when it came to any hiccups and accommodating when it came to making a decision on our selection. We also had the absolute pleasure working with Judy who arranged the templating, measuring and install. Judy was punctual, detailed, informative, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. There was a small issue with material shortage, but the team at Stone Lab resolved it fairly quickly and we couldn't be happier. The quality of work superseded my already high expectations, the seam is practically invisible and the counter has held up flawlessly over the last few months. Again, being in the industry, whenever I have a client, friend or family member looking for a counter contractor, Stone Lab is my first recommendation. I will be using them for every one of my projects moving forward. Lastly, Stone Lab contacted me to take marketing photos of my kitchen and in return gave a generous gift that really put the cherry on top of this journey. From sales, to coordination, management, support and service, I could not of asked for a better experience. Well done to everyone involved who I was unable to mention. Love the concept of Stone labs. I wish I found them earlier as it would have saved me time from making trips to each manufacture. I ended buying all products here and yes I saved money buy leveraging Stonelab buying power. Great advice from the in-store designers.
