Stayed here for a few nights on business and can’t wait to come back. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance in a mostly industrial area. The room was very clean, no issues, but the customer service was absolutely incredible. Linda the lady at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to deal with, she’s kind considerate and quick with a joke. A real example and the main reason why I will recommend this option for my business travel in the future. The breakfast was ok, I’m on a special diet so couldn’t enjoy much of it but considering some hotels give you pre packaged food, this is a welcomed change. The patio area is fun, and cozy. Overall clean and accommodating.

I have always had great experiences with this Hilton location and have been staying here sense the Dorval location has opened … But today the customer service that I received from an employee on the front desk was unacceptable . Not sure if they have heard of customer first in this location but rude people get no where with me and the way I was treated is not anything customers want to experience ! Home2suites Dorval you have lost my companies business !Time to get your staff retrained and learn a bit about security of the clients/customers private information !!!

I travel to Montreal on business a couple of times a month. I was impressed with Digital key system, I used it to go to the underground parking (that is a big plus) and then you need it for the elevator and the door to the room. You basically don't have to see anyone and you know it's secure. The breakfast is decent, better than most. I will stay at this hotel going forward when I need to stay around Dorval.

I booked this hotel for a U15 Hockey Team from London ON. We all arrived by bus (note they supplied us Bus Parking). The group contact I had been dealing with had sent me all of the information prior to our arrival so that was very fast and efficient with no surprises. The front desk staff were amazing at getting everyone checked in and excellent all weekend. The hotel was spotless, amenities were all as described. Pool was great. We had a team BBQ on the Saturday using the hotels patio and breakfast area. Complementary Breakfast was always stocked with lots of options available. Even the other guests were very pleasant which is usually a sign of a well run hotel.I have booked many hotels for groups and this one was definitely one of the best. If your looking for a great spot especially for a group I would very much recommend Home2 by Hilton Montreal\Dorval

This hotel is soooo clean. The bed is comfortable and the size of the room is great. People are so friendly. It is near the highway. Easy access to everything. You can also walk around to a few stores.I always look for clean hotels. This is my priority and this one was the best that I have ever booked.

On vacation for 4 days in the area we choose this hotel for price and breakfast included. first impressions are everything, walking in everything was new clean and nice. Room choice were limiting with 1 bed and sleeper sofa. shower was upscale and large. breakfast was limited with waffles and egg sandwiches would be nice to have more choices. now one of the most disappointing notes, the hotel is right next to the trans canadian autoroute and our first nights sleeping was not good and then we found and turned on the hotel provided white noise sound machine. if your looking for a more quite stay you might want to look someplace else.

Our family loves staying here. From check-in to check-out we were treated with warmth and respect. Love the cleaniness of the rooms and the staff that works so hard to get breakfast ready works hard to provider a variety of options for the entire family. We absolutely love staying here everytime and find it so hard to leave.
