In March 2022, I had called this RCMP Lougheed mall branch 4 times throughout the week during their office hours and avoided calling during their lunch break. No receptionist ever answers the phone. By the forth phone call, I left them a voice mail message asking for a call back. One week later, no one returns my call.I drop by in person, there was no one lining up at the center, there is one receptionist and so I proceeded to drop off a usb for a Constable. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had left a VM asking for a call back a week ago but haven’t heard back, her response was- there was only one receptionist manning the whole office, I can’t do everything.Well, it’s April. No one ever return call. Can management look into this ? We really are trying to call a local community police office for guidance and clarifications, have better staffing please ?

When you call them, no one picks up the phone. The recorded voice message asks you to leave a message and someone will get back to you. Well I have left 2 messages so far, yet not a single call back. So much for RCMP!
